Study On The Development Path Of Sturgeon Caviar Industry In Yichang City In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

The goal is to adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,deepen the structural reform on the supply side of agriculture,take the road of revitalizing agriculture with quality,and achieve the requirements of flourishing industry,livable ecology and rich life,which brings development opportunities for rural industries.The development of rural industries has been brought to life.Sturgeon caviar is a product with high economic and nutritional value.Vigorously developing sturgeon caviar industry can promote rapid development of rural agricultural economy,drive farmers’ employment and realize rural revitalization.Under the background of rural revitalization,how to take the road of expanding and developing sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang city,forming a systematic and complete industrial chain,and making the healthy and sustainable development of sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang is an issue that needs further consideration.This paper takes the sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang city as the research object,starting from the theory of agricultural complex and the theory of industrial integration development.Firstly,the current situation of sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang city was analyzed by using literature and field research methods,and the main problems in the development of sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang city were summarized and analyzed based on the current situation.Then,the evaluation index system of the factors influencing the development of sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang city was constructed by using questionnaire survey method,interview method and hierarchical analysis method,and the weights were determined first,and then the comprehensive evaluation of the influencing factors was carried out,and the evaluation results were obtained after data calculation.Finally,the evaluation findings are combined with macro and micro analysis of marketing,market,policy,resources and other directions to propose further development.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang city has a good foundation,with certain advantages in natural resources,industrial base,government support and product quality,as well as good development prospects in the future;however,there are problems such as single industrial model,incomplete industrial chain,lack of innovation in marketing operation and science and technology,lack of precision in government policy,and poor transformation of resource advantages.(2)Evaluation and analysis of the factors influencing the development of Yichang city sturgeon caviar industry using hierarchical analysis yielded that the ranking of the guideline factor level was marketing factor(0.4935)> policy factor(0.2002)> market factor(0.1645)> resource factor(0.1418),indicating that marketing factor has a significant influence in the process of industrial development.Further hierarchical analysis of the 14 index factors shows that the four influencing factors of channel development,communication promotion,price strategy,and platform construction have key influence on industry development;consumer preference,technology resources,market demand,and safeguard measures are important influences,and the other factors are general influences.Further analysis of each influence factor was conducted.(3)The overall evaluation score of Yichang city sturgeon caviar industry is 5.4236,and the overall level of development is low.In terms of market factors,the sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang city has a good market demand.Yichang city has the economic base conditions for industrial development;in marketing factors,the overall score is low,marketing is a major shortcoming in the development of sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang city,and the industrial layout needs to be further optimized in the future;in policy factors,the overall score is relatively low,with the lowest 4.35 points for safeguards,indicating that there is more room for improvement in policy;in resource factors,7.58 points for natural resources,4.75 points for technical Resources4.75 points,need to develop science and technology,good resource transformation.(4)Yichang city sturgeon caviar industry development path and countermeasures,first optimize the industrial layout,lay a good foundation in the overall development of the industry;then enhance the brand marketing,create a special brand,do a good job of marketing promotion,solve marketing problems;then innovation-driven development,take the road of scientific and technological innovation;and finally broaden the platform construction,do a good job of internal and external linkage.The study on the development path of sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang city will provide good development suggestions for its further development,and at the same time can promote the development of sturgeon caviar industry in Yichang city,promote the development of rural economy,help rural revitalization,and also provide reference and reference significance for the construction of rural economy in other areas.
