Yichang City Wisdom Agricultural Development Countermeasure Research

Agriculture is the first industry, is the country’s most basic development of the industry, the national economy is the most important, the support of a country’s economic development. Agricultural production in China has a strategic position, in recent years, the central document has focused on agriculture. Yichang is a sub center of Hubei City, its economic aggregate ranks among the forefront of the city along the Yangtze river. Yichang City, with excellent geographical location and climatic conditions, Gezhouba Dam and the Three Gorges project to provide irrigation and electricity support, suitable for the development of agriculture. Yichang agricultural population, to solve the "three rural" problem, improve the production and living of farmers, can make agriculture to boost the development of Yichang’s mega cities. Intelligent agricultural information technology in agriculture from one-way to the comprehensive new technology, and some of the related knowledge is still rare. Although in many cities of China claimed the wisdom agriculture has begun to take shape and the relevant government departments introduced the wisdom agricultural development planning and policies and regulations, but in the implementation process are generally simple trial and error.In this paper, literature analysis and system analysis, induction and deduction, comparative analysis and normative analysis, practical investigation and so on are used. In this paper, the wisdom agriculture theory are introduced, summarizes the situation of wisdom agricultural development in Yichang City, This paper is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, the sixth part is the summary and outlook, the focus falls in the middle of the four parts. The second part summarizes the current situation and the related theory of intelligent agriculture, including the basic concept, main characteristics and value of the intelligent agriculture. The third part summarizes the development status of Intelligent Agriculture in Yichang City, including the development process, the achievements, favorable conditions and unfavorable conditions. The fourth part is the summary of the development model and experience of domestic and foreign wisdom agriculture. The fifth part from the guiding ideology, basic principles, countermeasures and suggestions of the three aspects of the development of Yichang City, the wisdom of the development of the road. Summed up the basic principles of Yichang wisdom agricultural development:to strengthen scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the construction of the park, increase the independent brand, taking into account the economic benefits and ecological environment, planning first, reasonable layout. Vigorously strengthen the policy support, to enhance the farmers’ skills, improve 12306 service function to guide agricultural production, development of e-commerce to boost sales of agricultural products, to strengthen traceability system construction to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, using networking technology to achieve precise operations.
