| Since the reform and opening up,the socialist market economic system in China has established, the urbanization has steadily putting forward.However, the blind expansion of urban areas, the extensive mode of economic development results in waste of land resources, local government focus theirs attention to the development of extension around the urban, ignoring the internal structure of urban land use and land use efficiency. The reasonable of urban land use structure is not only affect the healthy development of industry, but also determine the optimal allocation of land resources. On the one hand, the redeployment of industrial structure change the demand for land and the location of leading industry, On the one hand, land function’s transformation and potential gains have a subtle influence on the industrial structure, The relationship between the industrial structure and urban land use structure are mutually restricted. So by studying the relationship between urban land use structure and industrial structure, the paper discusses the correlation of them aiming to promote the urbanization process and optimizing rural industrial structure.Land use structure is the result of urban land resources of different functions allocation in space. Urban land use structure mainly refers to the construction land distribution in space, while alluding to various industrial distribution position in space, and the redeployment of industrial structure will inevitably lead to changes in urban land use structure. This paper selects Yichang city as the research object, by analyzing the data of land use and industrial development from 2002 to 2011,describes Yichang’s urban land use structure and industrial structure qualitatively, and explores the structure of the development process respectively, explains present situation and trends of Yichang City’s Industrial Structure from four aspects of the production structure, employment structure, comparative labor productivity and deviational range of industrial structure, clarifies situation and trends of Yichang City’s land use structure by introducing the indexes of information entropy, balance degree and dominance degree, constructs system of urban land use-industrial structure for quantitative research. Time Series Analysis, Granger causality and grey relational analysis are used to urban land use structure and industrial structure in Yichang. The paper finally works out rate of change of urban land use structure, rate of change of industrial structure, structure warp coefficient and the correlative degree,and puts forward constructive solutions to disadvantage in the urban land use structure and industrial structure based on the actual.The results show that:(1) from the changing trends of urban land use structure and industrial structure in Yichang city, from 2002 to 2011, Yichang’s urban construction land area is increasing, the proportion of industrial land and transportation land show a increasing trend, on the contrary, the proportion of residential land and land for green showing a declining trend, the urban land use structure in Yichang city is out-of-balance. The information entropy and balance degree of urban land use structure show a similar changing trend, presenting a trend of decrease-increase-decrease-increase. On the contrary, dominance degree presents a trend of increase-decrease-increase-decrease, it illustrates that the diversity of urban land ues has slightly developed, while the sectorization isn’t obvious. The proportion of output value in the three industries always maintain the "two, three, one" feature. The second industrial output showed a steady rising trend,and it has always been living in the irreplaceable prime location in the development of Yichang city. The tertiary industry has developed rapidly, and the secondary industry and tertiary industries showed a shift in the proportion of employment trend, the working population starts to flow the secondary industry into tertiary industry. The deviation degree between the three industries has large difference. The deviation degree of industrial structure shows a increasing trend, imbalanced development of employment structure and output value structure has gradually emerged.(2) Based on the quantitative analysis between urban land use structure and industrial structure in Yichang,from 2002 to 2011,the rate of change in two structures present the rise in general.The structural deviation coefficient is in an unstable state, but the overall trend is upward.The structural deviation coefficient increased by 13%for ten years,this shows that Yichang’s urban land use structure adjust more frequently in recent years,however, the adjusted speed of industrial structure can not keep up with the adjusted speed of urban land use structure,the changing rate of industrial structure can not keep up with the changing rate of urban land use structure.The GDP per person and construction land per person showed a sharp rise in overall trends, the construction per GDP ratio is declining, Yichang’s land use efficiency has a degree of improvement.(3) From the grey relational analysis between urban land use structure and industrial structure in Yichang,the grey average relation grade in two structures is 0.7343,here is a positive correlation relationship between the two structures,as well as the association strength is strong.In the calculation of urban land use structure and industrial structure of 36 indexes correlation coefficient,31 indexes has a strong correlation, the rest indexes has a moderate correlation, The proportion of residential land (X1), the proportion of land for public facilities (X2), the proportion of industrial land (X3), road square land proportion (X6), the proportion of green space (X8) and special land proportion (X9) has the high number of occurrences,which has a strong correlation with every growth index almost, which Illustrate the above indicators have very important role towards industrial structure and directly relate to the upgrading of industrial structure. |
