Effect Evaluation And Optimization Path Study On The Integration Development Of Rural Three Industries In Yichang City

In recent years,the state has issued a series of documents,such as the“No.1Central Document”and the“National Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization”,which have put forward guidance,defined the development direction and provided policy support for the integrated development of rural three industries。The integrated development of rural three industries is of great practical significance to effectively promote the increase of farmers’ production and income,protect the ecological environment and realize the sustainable development of rural areas。The integration of rural three industries refers to strengthening the integration of rural three industries by extending the industrial chain and value chain,cross-border restructuring and collaborative innovation,all-round optimal allocation of resources,and technological penetration and integration,which is not only the demand of social development,but also an important measure to promote the development of rural economy。With the promotion of rural revitalization strategy,the degree of integration of rural three industries is increasing。However,there is still a great room for improvement in the breadth and depth of the integrated development of rural three industries in Yichang at present。Therefore,based on the theory of division of labor and cooperation,industrial cluster theory and agricultural multifunctionality theory,this paper analyzes and studies the integrated development of rural three industries in Yichang,Hubei Province by using literature research method,case analysis method and empirical research method。This paper takes the rural development of Yichang city as the research object,deeply discusses the problems existing in the integration of three industries into the development of Yichang city,and gives corresponding solutions to the problems,in order to provide effective guidance for the rural revitalization and industrial integration development of Yichang city,so as to achieve the integration of urban and rural development of Yichang city,and then promote the income of Yichang farmers to achieve the purpose of common prosperity。On the basis of studying the current situation,related concepts and theoretical basis of the integrated development of rural three industries,and combining the current situation of rural development in Yichang,this paper carries out the following three aspects of research work : First,the current situation of the integrated development of rural three industries in Yichang。Based on the analysis of the current situation of the integration of three industries in Yichang’s rural areas,the development mode of the integration of three industries in Yichang’s rural areas is summarized from three aspects : special agriculture,industrial integration and agricultural market,and the effect of the integration of three industries is analyzed from four aspects:the combination of agriculture and tourism,agricultural product processing,“Internet +”agriculture and brand building。The problems and solutions of the integrated development of rural three industries in Yichang are put forward。The second is the effect evaluation of the integrated development of rural three industries in Yichang。On the basis of the actual situation and current situation of the integration of rural three industries in Yichang city,the evaluation index is constructed,the entropy method is used to set the weights of each index,and the comprehensive score is calculated,so as to evaluate the overall effect of the integration of rural three industries in Yichang City,and the grey correlation analysis method is used to explore the influence of each index on the agricultural yield increase and farmers’ income increase in Yichang City。Finally,it puts forward the optimization path of the integrated development of rural three industries in Yichang city.In view of the current situation of the integrated development of three industries in Yichang city,the paper puts forward some optimization measures,such as accelerating the construction of the carrier for the integrated development of three industries,building the whole agricultural industry chain“one after another”,continuously enhancing the vitality of the main body of integration,perfecting the interest linkage mechanism,strengthening the construction of rural infrastructure,and establishing the policy support system。In order to provide effective guidance and reference for rural revitalization and urban-rural integration development。...
