Research On The Coupling Development Of China’s Open Economic Development Level And High-quality Economy

With the rapid development of Chinese society,China’s economy has entered a new period of development.At present,China’s economy no longer blindly pursues the growth of speed,but pays attention to the improvement of quality and efficiency.In recent years,China has unswervingly expanded its opening-up and stressed that the development in the new period must be high-quality development.Improving the level of opening-up will inject a strong driving force into China’s high-quality economic development at a new starting point.An indepth study of the matching situation between the development level of open economy and high-quality economic development will help the government understand the relationship between the development level of open economy and high-quality economic development,formulate corresponding policies,coordinate and promote the parallel development of open economy and high-quality economic development.On the basis of deeply grasping the connotation of open economy and high-quality economic development,this paper establishes a two system index system of open economic development level and high-quality economic development,selects the data of 30 provinces(excluding Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan),divides them into eight economic zones,and calculates the development indexes of the two systems respectively,Then the coupling degree model is constructed to measure the coupling degree between the development level of open economy and its subsystems and high-quality economic development.Finally,the source and distribution dynamics of regional differences are analyzed by using dagum Gini coefficient and kernel density estimation.It is found that the coupling level between the development level of open economy and high-quality economic development in China’s provinces presents the spatial distribution characteristics of "high in the East and low in the west" and "coastal areas are better than inland",and the synchronization between the development level of open economy and high-quality economic development is poor.The growth rate of the coupling degree between China’s overall opening potential and high-quality economic development is the highest;The overall difference shows a downward trend,and the overall difference in China is gradually decreasing.The main source of regional overall difference is regional difference;The development level of China’s overall open economy and the coupled development level of high-quality economy show an upward trend.The coupled development level of open economy and high-quality economy continues to improve.The regional imbalance of the coupling level is narrowing and there is no polarization.
