Research On The Measurement And Influencing Factors Of Coordinated Development In Henan Province

The acceleration of economic globalization and urbanization has led to the gradual widening of development differences between various regions in China,and the problem of unbalanced development between regions has become increasingly prominent,which has become an important problem restricting the stable and healthy development of China’s economy and society.To that end,my country has put forward a coordinated regional development strategy aimed at narrowing regional disparities and promoting coordinated development among economies,societies and resources and the environment.Narrowing regional differences and promoting coordinated regional development are the basic directions and important tasks of China’s development at the current stage.However,there are problems of insufficient and uncoordinated development in various regions of Henan Province,so this thesis mainly studies the coordinated development of Henan Province and its influencing factors,draws on relevant theories and domestic and foreign research literature,and analyzes the current situation of coordinated regional development in Henan Province.This thesis adopts a combination of theoretical and empirical methods for research.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the five aspects of economic development,social life,public services,ecological environment and scientific and technological innovation in Henan Province from 2011 to 2020,and compares the differences between the four major economic regions in Henan Province.In order to further explore the degree of coordinated regional development of Henan Province,this thesis selects the GDP data and population data of Henan Province in the past ten years,and uses Theil index to analyze.Secondly,by reading a large number of relevant research literature,this thesis clarifies the principle of index construction,selects 30 indicators from five aspects: economic development,social life,public services,ecological environment,and scientific and technological innovation,constructs the index system of regional coordinated development research in Henan Province,and conducts research from the two dimensions of time and space.In the time dimension,by constructing the coupling coordination degree model,the coordinated regional development of Henan Province is analyzed from four perspectives: the comprehensive score of the five systems in Henan Province,the comprehensive evaluation score of each city,the change of the coupling degree of each city and the coupling coordination degree of each city.In the spatial dimension,based on the analysis of coupled coordination model,the spatial association effect of regional coordinated development in Henan Province is studied from two aspects: global autocorrelation and local autocorrelation.Finally,based on the above research,this thesis uses the obstacle model to study the main factors restricting the coordinated development of Henan Province from three aspects: the obstacle factor at the level of the coordinated development system of Henan Province,the obstacle factor of the index layer of coordinated development of Henan Province and the obstacle degree of the index layer of various cities in Henan Province.Based on the above research and analysis,the following conclusion are drawn:(1)In terms of coupling coordination,the comprehensive scores of the three systems of social life,economic development and scientific and technological innovation in Henan Province from2011 to 2020 showed a continuous growth trend,while the comprehensive scores of the public service system and the ecological environment system showed greater fluctuations.At the same time,the overall coupling coordination value of Henan Province showed an upward trend.From a regional perspective,the level of coordinated development among cities in the Central Plains urban agglomeration is significantly higher than that of other regions.From the perspective of prefecture-level cities,Zhengzhou City has reached the stage of good coordination,Luoyang City,Xinxiang City and Nanyang City are still in the primary coordination stage,and the rest of the cities are in the stage of imbalance,of which Hebi City is in the stage of moderate imbalance.(2)In terms of spatial correlation effect,the spatial correlation of various systems shows different changing trends.In terms of economic development system,the development level of various cities showed a positive correlation,and the spatial agglomeration continued to increase.In terms of social life system,the spatial correlation between cities has weakened year by year,and the development gap has gradually widened.In terms of public service system,the Moran index changed from negative to positive,indicating that the spatial correlation between cities changed from uncorrelated to correlated,and the spatial correlation continued to increase.In terms of ecological environment system,affected by various factors,there is an obvious positive correlation between the development levels of various cities,and the spatial correlation is constantly increasing,from uncorrelated to correlated.In terms of scientific and technological innovation system,academic exchanges and technical communication between cities are insufficient,the willingness of mutual collaborative development is not strong,the spatial correlation is relatively weak,and the development coordination is low.On the whole,the spatial correlation between the five systems in Henan Province is low,and the clustering of coordination values is not strong.(3)In terms of the analysis of obstacle factors,according to the comprehensive investigation of the overall development of Henan Province,it is found that the main obstacle factors at each stage are different.When Henan Province is at a low level of economic development,the lack of scientific and technological innovation capacity is the main constraint.With the continuous progress of economy and society,the imperfection of social quality of life and public service level has become the main factor hindering the coordinated development of Henan Province.From the perspective of prefecture-level cities,except for Zhengzhou,Luoyang and Jiyuan,the ranking of barriers to obstacles in other prefecture-level cities has certain similarities.At the same time,through the analysis of the obstacles of various cities,it can also be found that Zhengzhou,as a provincial capital,has developed comprehensively in all aspects,but ignores environmental protection issues.Other cities not only have environmental problems,but also lag behind in the level of scientific and technological innovation and economic development.Cities with a closer level of development to Zhengzhou performed relatively well,while northern Yubei and Huanghuai regions developed relatively slowly.
