Service-oriented manufacturing has become an important direction of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.In order to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing enterprises,"Made in China 2025" emphasizes the importance of the integration of service industry and manufacturing industry,puts forward the concept of service-oriented manufacturing,clarifies the significance of service-oriented transformation,and provides an action program for China’s manufacturing industry.Under the guidance of the policy,China’s manufacturing industry is actively deploying the service-oriented strategy.Today,the continuous emergence of emerging technologies has accelerated the pace of innovation.However,the resources owned by enterprises are limited,and resource constraints are often an important reason for restricting the development of enterprises.Faced with the dual constraints of knowledge gap and weak ability,manufacturing enterprises must step out of the "comfort zone" and cross the organizational boundaries,so as to obtain resources and adjust their capabilities.In addition,in the era of digital economy,the emerging digital technology provides good conditions for manufacturing enterprises to implement cross-border search.Digital technology not only changes customer value proposition,but also changes the way value is created.At the same time,the iterative update of digital technology also promotes manufacturing enterprises to rethink how to break through the survival dilemma.However,pure digital technology innovation may put enterprises into the dilemma of digital paradox,that is,digitalization without service-oriented ability will lead to negative returns.In this paper around the digital situation how to improve manufacturing enterprise service innovation performance of the core problem,build the cross-border search,ability reconstruction and digital perception affect the performance of service innovation theory model,and using the method of hierarchical regression to 325 manufacturing enterprise sample data for the empirical test,finally to the research conclusion.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)cross-border search can positively affect the performance of service innovation;(2)the evolution of cross-border search;(3)the cross-border search;(4)the ability evolution between cross-border search and manufacturing enterprise service innovation performance;(5)the ability substitution plays part of the intermediary between cross-border search and manufacturing enterprise service innovation performance;(6)the digital perception ability positively regulates the relationship between cross-border search and ability evolution;(7)the digital perception ability positively regulates the relationship between cross-border search and ability substitution.In a practical sense,this paper suggests that manufacturing enterprises should carry out cross-border search to alleviate resource constraints.Secondly,capacity reconstruction should be strengthened to promote factor integration;finally,service innovation can be realized by enabling digital intelligence. |
