Research On The Impact Of Logistics Industry Policy On Enterprise Innovation Performance

As a basic,leading and strategic industry in China,the development of logistics industry plays an important role in promoting and leading the improvement of enterprise innovation performance.Therefore,under the new development pattern,this paper discusses the evolution process of logistics industry policy and the impact of logistics industry policy on enterprise innovation performance,which has important theoretical significance and practical value for promoting the implementation of logistics industry policy and enterprise innovation and high-quality development.Based on this,this paper constructs an analysis model for the impact of different types of logistics industry policy tools on the innovation performance of logistics enterprises,and conducts empirical tests to explore the different impacts of different policy tools on the innovation performance of logistics enterprises,so as to provide theoretical support for logistics industry policy formulation and improvement of enterprise innovation performance.Firstly,this paper uses the Nvivo12 model to code the logistics industry policies introduced in China since the 18 th National Congress,divides the logistics industry policies into supply-oriented policy tools,environmental policy tools and demand-oriented policy tools based on the policy tool theory,and measures the cumulative policy strength value of each year respectively,which lays a foundation for the empirical analysis in the following article.The impact analysis model of logistics industry policy on enterprise innovation performance is constructed,and the differential impact of different types of policy tools on enterprise innovation performance is discussed.Secondly,taking the number of patents granted and return on net assets as the explanatory variables,supply-oriented,environmental and demand-oriented policy tools as the explanatory variables,and operating gross margin,asset-liability ratio and capital solidification ratio as the control variables,the multiple regression analysis is carried out,and the research conclusion shows that the three types of policy tools have a significant impact on the two dimensions of enterprise innovation performance,and the degree of influence is different.The three policy tools show an"inverted U-shaped"phenomenon on the return on net assets of enterprises.In the end,based on the results of the empirical analysis,the paper proposes the strategic recommendations for improving the innovation performance of the enterprises.,that is,Accelerate the improvement of the logistics industry policy system and promote the construction of the industrial policy legal system;Optimize the proportion of application of policy tools,balance the internal structure of policy tools,prevent excess policy support,and avoid the occurrence of "inverted U-shape" phenomenon;Pay attention to the importance of existing policies on enterprise technological innovation.
