Evaluation Of High Quality Agricultural Development

Agriculture,as the foundation of the country,should follow and adapt to the development trend of quality reform,and step forward to the stage of high-quality agricultural development.China’s agriculture is now in an all-round promotion period of quality improvement and transformation.To understand the high-quality development level of agriculture in various regions of China,and to analyze the deficiencies and shortcomings in the development process of agricultural quality in various regions,can more accurately understand the quality of agricultural development of the status quo,find problems,in-depth analysis,better help our traditional agriculture to achieve the transformation of modern agriculture.In this context,it is of great practical significance to evaluate the high-quality development level of agriculture in our country.Based on the multi-index comprehensive evaluation theory,the paper studies the evaluation system of agricultural modernization,and grasps the connotation and characteristics of China’s agricultural high-quality development according to the relevant policy documents of national agricultural high-quality development,then the evaluation index system is divided into four levels: Scientific and technological innovation,economic benefit,social benefit and green development.For the screening of indicators,provincial data for 2020 were selected for easy collection to ensure the availability of indicators,and indicators with a coefficient of variation lower than 0.4 were eliminated according to the project response theory to maintain the commonality of indicators,based on the Multicollinearity principle of econometrics,the morbidity index of the secondary index is reduced to below 30 to ensure less and more accurate indexes,finally,29 evaluation indexes satisfying the principles of availability,generality and less but more precision were obtained,and the evaluation index system of high-quality agricultural development level in China was constructed At the same time,an empirical analysis was made on the high-quality development level of agriculture in31 province-level division in China’s mainland in 2020,and on this basis,the evaluation index system was further improved and perfected.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation index system of high-quality development level of agriculture in China has been established,which covers four aspects: Scientific and technological innovation,economic benefit,social benefit and green development,at the same time,it keeps the information of the index as much as possible and ensures the precision of the index selection.The results of the trial calculation show that in 2020,Shandong province ranked first in the level of high-quality agricultural development,and Tibetan Autonomous Region ranked last,there is an urgent need to strengthen coordination among the various elements of high-quality agricultural development in order to promote coordinated development of the whole.
