Evaluation Of High Quality Development Level Of Agriculture In Xinjiang

China’s economy has shifted from the stage of high-speed growth to the stage of high-quality development.Under this background,China’s agricultural development has also reached a critical period of transformation and upgrading.The central rural work conference and the national agricultural work conference have repeatedly mentioned the high-quality development of agriculture,which fully shows the importance of highquality development of agriculture and the attention and support of the party and the government.The importance and urgency of high-quality agricultural development are becoming increasingly prominent,which puts forward higher standards and requirements for the current agricultural development.Agriculture plays a particularly important role in the economic and social development of Xinjiang.Its unique resource and environmental advantages provide conditional support for the development of agriculture in Xinjiang,and it is also the main driving force to promote the economic and social development of Xinjiang.As the main industry of Xinjiang’s economic development,agriculture should give full play to its own advantages,comply with the trend of the times,grasp the development opportunities of the times,and seek highquality agricultural development.Firstly,this paper takes the new theory and theory of sustainable development as the basis.Secondly,the natural resource conditions and development status of highquality agricultural development in Xinjiang are analyzed,and then combined with the characteristics of agricultural development in Xinjiang,the evaluation index system is constructed to evaluate the high-quality agricultural development level in Xinjiang from2010 to 2019.The entropy method is used to measure the innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing level of agriculture in Xinjiang,and the results are compared with the national average level to find out the specific problems.It is found that in the process of high-quality agricultural development in Xinjiang,the following problems are mainly faced: weak agricultural infrastructure;The agricultural ecological environment still needs to be further improved;The competitiveness of agricultural products in the international market is not strong;Insufficient human capital;The income of rural residents is not high.Finally,based on the above problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: The level of agricultural mechanization needs to be improved;Unreasonable agricultural water use;The competitiveness of agricultural products in the international market is not strong;Insufficient human capital;The development of agricultural industrialization is unbalanced.Finally,based on the above problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:improve the level of agricultural mechanization;Strengthen agricultural water-saving construction;Improve the level of agricultural opening up;Actively introduce all kinds of talents;Actively promote agricultural industrialization.
