Research On Motivation,path And Effect Of Financial Digital Transformation Of Private Enterprises

In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology such as "Great wisdom moving cloud material area",the world economy has stepped into the era of digital economy.Digital economy has become a key force in reorganizing global economic factor resources and reshaping global economic structure.Therefore,vigorously developing digital economy is of great significance to enhance China’s position in the world pattern,promote high-quality economic development,and realize Chinese-style modernization.However,the development of digital economy is inseparable from the iterative upgrading of micro enterprise digitalization,and the transformation of enterprise digitalization is based on the financial digitalization transformation.Through the deep integration and mining of business and financial data,the realization of financial digitalization enabling business and enterprise strategic development has important practical significance for the realization of Chinese-style modernization.The report of the Party’s Twenty National Congress once again stressed the "two unwavering",pointing out that the private economy is the foundation of China’s economic system,private enterprises are an important part of the country’s market economy,and clearly proposed to promote the development and growth of the private economy.Faced with the tide of digital economy,on the one hand,private enterprises have a strong demand for financial digital transformation.On the other hand,due to the characteristics of financial digital transformation,such as long cycle,large input cost and extensive involvement,private enterprises are faced with problems such as difficult and expensive financing and large difference in financial talent ability,which restricts the pace of financial digital transformation of private enterprises to a certain extent.Therefore,under the digital economy,how to effectively promote the financial digital transformation of private enterprises,improve the competitiveness of private enterprises,to meet the needs of the development of digital economy,is particularly important.Through literature review and field interviews,this paper takes a single private enterprise H Company as the research object and explores the motivation,path and effect of its financial digital transformation based on the whole process of financial digital transformation.The main conclusions are as follows: First,in terms of the motivation for the financial digital transformation of private enterprises,H Company carried out the financial digital transformation under the drive of external factors such as the development of digital technology,the increasing pressure of market competition,and the support of national policies,as well as internal factors such as the urgent improvement of management efficiency and the need to improve the integration degree of industry and finance information.Second,in the path of financial digital transformation of private enterprises,H company takes the transformation of employees’ thinking as the entry point,takes the guarantee mechanism as the basis,relies on the construction of industry-finance integration system,and takes the digital information system as the starting point to realize the steady progress of financial digital transformation.Third,in terms of the effect of the financial digital transformation of private enterprises,H Company has achieved good results after the transformation.The automatic and intelligent financial process has improved the management efficiency.The data between industry and finance system has realized full flow,the depth and breadth of industry and finance integration has been improved,and the phenomenon of information asymmetry has been reduced.Based on new technologies such as big data analysis,the shopping experience of consumers is optimized;Employee satisfaction within the enterprise is improved;From the perspective of financial performance,it has achieved the reduction of period expenses,the improvement of profitability and the partial improvement of operating capacity.But at present,H company has the problem of insufficient data value mining.In order to further optimize the effect of financial digital transformation of H company,this paper finally puts forward suggestions to further strengthen data governance.Taking private enterprises as the entry point,this paper studies the motivation,path and effect of the financial digital transformation of H Company,in order to enhance the awareness of financial digital transformation of private enterprises,provide reference for private enterprises that are carrying out or preparing to carry out financial digital transformation,and help private enterprises to clarify the transformation path and think about the problems existing in their own reform plans.At the same time,it is helpful to enrich the case study of financial digital transformation of private enterprises.
