With the continuous development of our market economy,the national income continues to improve.Under the influence of the national new regulations on financial products assets,fund products have quickly become a popular choice for investors with their advantages of low investment threshold and high rate of return.In recent years,the number of fund sales companies continues to rise and develop rapidly.However,the total scale of the fund market and the total investment demand of the clients are limited,and the competition between the fund sales companies and the clients is becoming increasingly fierce.On the one hand,the fund sales company’s demand for fund product marketing personnel continues to rise,and most fund companies are relatively blind to the hiring of marketing personnel;On the other hand,due to the impact and impact of COVID-19 on economic development,the fund sales industry is facing an unprecedented social and economic environment.The marketing staff of fund sales companies generally have problems such as high work pressure,unstable salary and treatment of employees,and imperfect company system.All these factors lead to and accelerate the turnover of marketing staff in fund sales companies.Starting with the turnover of XY fund sales Company’s marketing staff,this paper designs the questionnaire and interview outline with the help of literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,combined with the relevant theoretical basis of staff turnover at home and abroad,and carries out in-depth investigation and analysis on the reasons for the turnover of fund marketing staff of the company.Put forward corresponding solutions in compensation and welfare,customer development,career planning and staff training;At the same time,the company’s marketing management system needs to be amended to supplement,for the enterprise reference to improve,from the overall solution to XY fund sales company marketing personnel turnover problem.It is expected that this study can help XY Fund sales company effectively optimize and upgrade the management system of marketing personnel,strengthen the job stability of marketing personnel,and reduce the turnover rate of marketing personnel to the greatest extent,so as to reduce the increased cost of human resource management caused by the turnover of marketing personnel and the negative impact on the development of enterprises.At the same time,it is hoped that this study can supplement and enrich the research ideas and methods in the field of employee turnover,provide more abundant research perspectives on employee turnover,and promote the high-quality sustainable development of the fund sales industry and fund sales companies.
