In China's national economic system,the pharmaceutical industry has always occupied a crucial position,mainly because it is not only an important guarantee of people's health,but also an important means to improve living standards and promote economic and social progress.With the rapid development of China's economy,the current domestic market demand for medicine is also expanding,which has brought new development opportunities to many pharmaceutical enterprises,but on the other hand,the high turnover rate of sales staff in pharmaceutical enterprises has brought great difficulties to the development of pharmaceutical enterprises.For pharmaceutical enterprises,their salesmen have very high professional requirements,which leads to the strong irreplaceability of their salesmen.How to have an excellent sales team is very important for pharmaceutical enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness.In this paper,taking S Pharmaceutical Company Branch as an example,combined with the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on sales staff turnover,based on incentive theory and salary theory,using questionnaire survey method,the current situation of sales staff turnover in S Pharmaceutical Company Branch was analyzed in depth,and the reasons for sales staff turnover and the negative impact were clarified.Accordingly,in order to stabilize the current situation of sales staff turnover in S pharmaceutical company,a series of targeted measures are put forward,such as establishing communication platform,designing a reasonable and effective salary incentive system,and creating a good working atmosphere,which can greatly help S pharmaceutical company to solve the current dilemma and enhance its market position.In addition,it has great reference significance for other medical enterprises to solve the problem of sales staff turnover.
