| With the rapid development of emerging industries such as the Internet and big data,traditional logistics parks are transforming and upgrading towards intelligence.According to data from the China Federation of Logistics and Procurement,the growth rate of China’s smart logistics market size remained in double digits from 2016 to 2022,with a market size of nearly700 billion yuan in 2022.In recent years,the country has successively issued multiple policy documents to support the development of smart logistics,such as the "Guiding Opinions on the High-Quality Development of the Service Industry in the New Era" and the "Catalogue of Industrial Structure Adjustment(2019 Edition)".These policy documents all clarify the development direction of intelligent and information-based logistics systems.Due to the short development period of smart logistics in China,smart logistics parks still face many difficulties and challenges in the development process.For example,weak collaborative innovation among enterprises within the park,incomplete information infrastructure of smart logistics parks,and a lack of professional and innovative talents seriously constrain the steady development of smart logistics parks.Due to the advantages of collaborative innovation in improving resource utilization,accelerating technological innovation,and enhancing management capabilities,it is particularly important to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of smart logistics parks and conduct collaborative innovation research to improve efficiency.This article aims to scientifically study the efficiency of collaborative innovation in smart logistics parks and propose feasible suggestions to improve the level of collaborative innovation in smart logistics parks.This article applies a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to systematically study the relevant content of collaborative innovation in smart logistics parks.The first part provides an overview of the background and research significance of the paper,introduces research methods,logical structure,and technical routes,and reviews the current research status,conceptual analysis,and classic theories at home and abroad,laying the foundation for subsequent research.The second part discusses the collaborative innovation mechanism of the smart logistics park.Based on the analysis of the development process of the smart logistics park,it focuses on the relevant contents of three aspects: collaborative innovation subject,collaborative innovation dynamic factors and collaborative innovation levels.At the same time,it establishes the collaborative innovation management platform of the smart logistics park as an important platform for the innovation support of the park.The third part focuses on the management committee,logistics enterprises,and research institutions,constructs an evolutionary game model,conducts stability analysis on all equilibrium points,and combines simulation software to analyze the impact of cost-sharing coefficient,benefit distribution coefficient,and default coefficient on the strategic choices of each collaborative innovation entity,Finding a reasonable cost-sharing coefficient and benefit distribution coefficient,or increasing the default coefficient,will be beneficial for stimulating the willingness of all parties to participate in collaborative innovation.The fourth part summarizes the existing evaluation index system for collaborative innovation in logistics parks and combines it with the current development status of smart logistics parks to construct an evaluation index system for collaborative innovation in smart logistics parks.The indicator system consists of 18 indicator layers,and relevant data is obtained through a questionnaire survey.The weights of 5 primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators are determined using Analytic Hierarchy Process.Taking H Smart Logistics Park as the research object,based on the established evaluation index system,the collaborative innovation efficiency score of H Smart Logistics Park is 70.92,rated as "good".Based on the scores of the first and second level indicators,the reasons for the low collaborative innovation efficiency of the park are further analyzed,and suggestions for improving collaborative innovation efficiency are given from the perspectives of the park management committee,logistics enterprises,and research institutions. |
