| With the development of economy and science and technology,the era of globalized knowledge economy has arrived.For existing enterprises,they are constantly transforming from traditional physical and service oriented enterprises to knowledge-based enterprises,especially in the software industry,which has a large number of knowledge-based employees.How these enterprises can develop for a long time depends on the level of science and technology and innovation ability,while efficient teams are the core competitiveness,Therefore,employees with rich experience and professional skills are the core driving force behind the development of the enterprise.Through this study,we conducted research and introduction on the relevant theories of performance management and knowledge-based employees.We summarized domestic and international research on performance management,performance management systems,and performance management methods.Based on relevant theories,we combined examples to introduce the current situation of performance management for knowledge-based employees in M company,and deeply explored the human resource characteristics and job attributes of knowledge-based employees in M company.By distributing survey questionnaires to employees,Statistical analysis of employees’ recognition and recognition of the current performance management system,as well as the implementation of performance evaluations,analyzed the problems in performance management,including performance planning,performance evaluation,performance feedback and communication,and application of performance results.Based on the characteristics of knowledge-based employees and the influencing factors of evaluation indicators,combined with work needs and processes,key indicators that are helpful for evaluation were extracted,The use of weight factor theory to construct a complete performance management system provides a scientific theoretical basis and performance management strategies for the performance management of knowledge-based employees in M Company,in order to achieve the company’s strategic goals.At the same time,this article also provides some reference for enterprises facing similar performance management problems,helping them better manage knowledge-based employees. |
