| Employee training is one of the important ways for modern companies to implement corporate governance and improve company efficiency.With the changes in society,more and more enterprises are committed to achieving high-quality development through training employees.In this process,implementing effective training for enterprise employees and establishing an efficient training system will undoubtedly promote the comprehensive development of the enterprise and the comprehensive progress of employees.Based on this,it is necessary to conduct in-depth discussions on the training system for enterprise employees.However,in reality,the research on optimizing the training system for employees in China’s rail transit enterprises is relatively niche.Therefore,conducting optimization research on the employee training system of China’s rail transit enterprises will be beneficial for promoting the extension and expansion of relevant theories such as enterprise management and employee training,as well as promoting the practical progress of employee training in rail transit enterprises.This article takes the optimization research of the employee training system of X City Rail Transit Company’s operation branch as the topic,and uses research methods such as literature research,case study,questionnaire survey,etc.Based on training related concepts and theories,it systematically dissects the current situation of the employee training system of X City Rail Transit Company’s operation branch,and identifies the problems in the employee training system of X City Rail Transit Company’s operation branch,Analyzed the reasons for these issues.On this basis,this article combines reality to design an optimization plan for the employee training system of X City Rail Transit Company Operation Branch,and proposes the guarantee for implementing the optimization plan for the employee training system of X City Rail Transit Company Operation Branch.After research,this article believes that the main problems in the employee training system of X City Rail Transit Company’s operation branch are the inability to effectively meet training needs,the emphasis on initial training over normalized retraining,the emphasis on skill training over cultural value training,and the neglect of incentive application for training evaluation effectiveness.The reason for these problems is that the operating branch of X City Rail Transit Company has an incomplete understanding of employee training,inadequate job management mechanisms,and inadequate training reward and punishment evaluation mechanisms.Through this study,it is hoped that it can promote the improvement of employee training effectiveness in X City Rail Transit Company’s operation branch,and provide certain development momentum for the company to optimize its rail transit operation service capabilities.At the same time,it is also hoped that these studies can provide reference for optimizing the employee training system of other rail transit companies. |
