Research On Digital Maturity Evaluation Of Food Cold Chain Logistics

Food cold chain logistics plays an important role in ensuring people ’ s livelihood and public safety.With the development of new generation of information technology and the change of consumption upgrading environment,the digital transformation of food cold chain logistics needs to be accelerated.Some food cold chain logistics enterprises in China have carried out digital transformation practice,but there is no digital transformation standard for enterprise reference in the industry.Relevant enterprises have problems of low transformation efficiency and blind follow-up,resulting in insufficient motivation for enterprise transformation and slow digital transformation of the whole industry.The evaluation of the digital maturity of food cold chain logistics is a direct and effective way to measure the digital level of food cold chain logistics and promote the smooth progress of digital transformation.It helps relevant enterprises to clarify the current state of digital transformation and existing problems,and then obtain digital transformation strategies and enlightenment,which can promote the digital transformation process of food cold chain logistics.This paper divides the digital elements of food cold chain logistics into tangible elements,intangible elements and comprehensive elements.Among them,tangible elements include infrastructure equipment,intangible elements include business processes and quality control,and comprehensive elements include digital performance.The Delphi method was used to analyze the data of 15 experts ’ opinions,and the boundary value method was used to optimize the index system.The digital maturity evaluation index system of food cold chain logistics includes 4 key process domains,11first-level evaluation indexes and 44 second-level evaluation indexes.Referring to the relevant maturity model,the digital maturity level framework of food cold chain logistics is proposed,that is,the initial level,the growth level,the specification level,the optimization level and the excellence level.There is an internal relationship between the key process areas of each maturity level,that is,except the first level,the other levels are in accordance with the same structure.The digital maturity evaluation model of food cold chain logistics is constructed,and the digital maturity of food cold chain logistics in Z enterprise is empirically analyzed.According to the evaluation results,it is found that Z enterprise is in the ’ standard level ’.The countermeasures for the digital transformation of food cold chain logistics in Z enterprise are put forward from three aspects : improving the accuracy of infrastructure equipment,increasing the upgrading of digital technology and equipment,and paying attention to the cultivation and introduction of digital talents.Figure 7,table 23,reference 112.
