Therefore, the establishment of a scientific and reasonable performance evaluationsystem will help to eliminate the problems of food processing enterprises, reflect the realfunctioning of the food cold chain effectively, enhance their agility and flexibility, andmaintain the healthy development.Chifeng Shuofeng Livestock and Poultry Food Co., Ltd is a food processing enterprisesof wudan town of Ongniud Qi, has successfully created a "Mengchuan","Prairie shun"brand organic livestock, is a modern meat production capacity of plants, sets processing,distribution in one. Although the annual profit is considerable, but there are a number ofproblems, for example, there is no vehicles for cold chain transport, lower distribution costs,low transportation efficiency, higher cargo damage rates and so on. Furthermore, theinformation distribution process is not smooth, the information is lacked, delivery responsetime is longer, resulting in defect rate is greatly increased, potentially increasing thedistribution costs.Firstly, this paper reviews the theory of cold chain logistics, introduces the currentcondition of food cold chain logistics at home and abroad, the definition, the specific propertyof cold chain and food cold chain, and the technological process with factors of the food cold chain, analyzes the needs for agricultural products, freezing foods, chain stores and colddrinks of cold chain, introducing the restricting factors to affect the cold chain logistics offoods, and principles of food cold chain logistics performance evaluation, builds the foodcold chain logistics performance evaluation model from four aspects, takes the example ofChifeng Shuofeng Livestock and Poultry Food Co., Ltd, analyzed the current food cold chainlogistics business situation, with the basis theory of cold chain logistics and food cold chainlogistics performance evaluation model of the previous two chapters, used Fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance and analyzed the performanceevaluation results, and finally against the company, proposed measures to improve the currentstate of the food cold chain.
