Research On Logistics Performance Evaluation Of Hongtu Plastic Company

With the acceleration of China’s reform and opening up,the competition in the market has gradually become fierce.In order to survive and develop,in addition to expanding market share externally,enterprises must also continuously reduce costs and improve profits internally.After investigation,it is found that improving the efficiency of logistics systems can significantly reduce the cost of products,which is one of the important strategies for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.Through the accurate logistics performance evaluation system,it can effectively help enterprises improve the efficiency of logistics systems,thereby reducing operating costs and enabling enterprises to gain advantages in market competition.As an integral part of enterprise logistics management,logistics performance evaluation system can fully explore the potential of enterprise logistics and improve the logistics system.Hongtu Plastics Co.,Ltd.mainly produces modified plastic pellets for vehicles,with the gradual development of the company,enterprises are encountering the dual pressure of efficiency and cost in daily logistics management.The research object of this paper is Hongtu Plastics Company,which mainly uses the theory and method of logistics performance evaluation,through literature research and investigation,combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and other research methods,to evaluate,analyze and improve the logistics performance of Hongtu Plastics Company.The contents and conclusions of the main studies are as follows:Firstly,through the systematic study of relevant research literature on logistics performance evaluation at home and abroad,the theoretical basis and evaluation method of this research are determined.Secondly,according to the actual logistics capabilities and processes of Hongtu Plastics,the analytic hierarchy method is used to construct the logistics performance evaluation index system of Hongtu Plastics from four dimensions:financial contribution,customer service,logistics process,learning and growth,and the corresponding weights of corresponding indicators are calculated.Thirdly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate the survey results of the evaluation index,and the logistics performance of Hongtu Plastics Company was graded and comprehensively evaluated based on the membership vector and performance evaluation matrix.Finally,according to the first-level indicators and second-level indicators in the constructed index system,the main factors affecting the logistics performance of Hongtu Plastics Company were systematically analyzed,and then the corresponding logistics performance improvement strategies were formulated for the second-level indicators with performance scores lower than 90 from four dimensions.It is believed that this study has a certain role in improving the logistics management level of Hongtu Plastics Company,and also has certain reference value for the logistics performance management of other related plastic enterprises.
