Nowadays, ERP is become an inevitable choice of many enterprise to increase theircore competitiveness and the only road of realize striding development since the 1990s.The power industry is a knowledge intensive project and equipment intensive enterprise.It is need high requirements of equipment assets in large quantities、equipment intactrate、continuous operation and availability. The power electricity demand a efficientmanagement mechanism and management tool in order to satisfy customer’s increasingdemand. But the high uncertainty of the return of investment lead to many enterpriseimplement the ERP effect is not ideal or failed in the battlefield. At the moment it alsonot have a complete and reasonable ERP performance appraisal system. Therefor, it is avery necessary topic to establish a reasonable ERP implementation of performanceevaluation system of power industry, and use appropriate methods on the implementationeffect of scientific evaluation.This paper presents the background and significance of the subject. Analyzes thepresent situation and characteristic of the ERP implementation of the electric powerindustry. And detail of the performance evaluation of the related theory and method ofperformance evaluation. And then analysis the ERP implement performance of HongYuan company including the company status before implement，the process of implementand the effect. The author base on the project team and staff for advice, finallyestablished a set of scientific ERP implantation of performance evaluation system ofHong Yuan company. Then use AHP to weight of all the evaluation index. Finallythrough the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the mathematical operationsthen reached the evaluation results.In this article, the author uses several methods, and construct a complete ERPimplementation performance evaluation of Hong Yuan company, and then evaluate itsImplementing performance. To provide the reference for other power industry to ERPperformance evaluation. Also provide a feasible method.
