actual conditions of development characteristic agricultural industry,form the characteristics of high quality development of industrial cluster.Suizhou city actively adapt to the development needs of The Times,steadily grasp the characteristic industries,seize the market opportunities and actively develop edible fungus export trade.According to statistics,Suizhou edible fungus sold to more than 60 countries,exports of 4 billion yuan,in the competitive edible fungus sales market,edible fungi production in the world,as of 2019,Suizhou has more than 350 edible fungus enterprises,all kinds of market 5,Suizhou has China’s first provincial mushroom industry technology research institute and Hubei province only edible fungus seed testing center.The development of edible fungi not only makes the enterprise profit,drives the economic development of Suizhou,the annual comprehensive output value is more than 20 billion yuan,at the same time provides more jobs for the unemployed population,alleviates the employment problem of Suizhou city,there are more than 300,000 people engaged in Suizhou edible fungi.The development of edible fungus industry in Suizhou is a beneficial agricultural industry developed in combination with local advantages,which has a very important position in the agricultural industry in Suizhou.Hubei Suizhou edible fungus industry,on the basis of analyzing the existing research results and theory,with the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method to study the Suizhou edible fungus industry high quality development problems,through the entropy method of related indicators,actively explore Suizhou edible fungus industry development process,and combined with the actual situation of edible fungus to put forward countermeasures for industry.On the basis of combing the theoretical basis of high-quality agricultural development and the research review at home and abroad,this paper mainly carries out the following studies:The first part expounds the connotation of high-quality agricultural development on the basis of existing relevant concepts,and secondly,according to the regional difference characteristics of agricultural development,the standard for the high-quality development of suizhou edible mushroom industry is proposed.Finally,the theoretical background and main contents of industrial agglomeration theory,five major development theories,economies of scale and sustainable development theory are summarized.The second part takes Suizhou edible fungus industry as the research object,and summarizes the development status of Suizhou edible fungus industry from the three aspects of production status,market status and benefit contribution.The third part is the empirical analysis of the high-quality development of Suizhou edible fungus industry.On the basis of comprehensively understanding the connotation of high-quality agricultural development,according to the relevant indicators of high-quality agricultural development,this paper selects 4 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators to construct the evaluation index system of high-quality development of edible fungus industry in Suizhou city,and explains the principles and significance of index selection.Based on the data of edible fungus industry in Suizhou from 2016 to 2019,the related indicators of high quality,high efficiency,high efficiency and high quality of edible fungus industry in Suizhou were evaluated and analyzed by entropy method.The research results show that: from 2016 to 2019,the overall level of high-quality agricultural development in Suizhou city is being steadily rising,and its comprehensive evaluation value is constantly improving.Overall,there was a slight downward trend in 2016-2017,and after2017,2018-2019 remained rising.Then,through the overall subdivision of the first-level index,the evaluation value of the secondary index of Suizhou agricultural development is evaluated and analyzed.The fourth part based on Suizhou agricultural high quality development of specific index evaluation value analysis,combined with the reality of the development of edible fungus industry,this paper thinks that edible fungus industry economic and social benefits,but in edible fungus talent,competitive advantage,technology,sustainable development,investment promotion and capital introduction still exist certain deficiencies.Specifically,there are five main aspects in the process of high-quality development of Suizhou edible fungus industry,such as talent shortage,low competitiveness of agricultural products,insufficient intensity of scientific and technological investment,great pressure of sustainable agricultural development,and insufficient intensity of investment attraction.The fifth part,according to the analysis results of the previous part,in view of the problems and deficiencies in the high-quality agricultural development of Suizhou city,puts forward substantive suggestions and countermeasures to cultivate compound professionals,multi-subjects to lead the green development,develop the market potential in an all-round way,increase the investment in science and technology research and development,and ensure the implementation of funds in place.
