A Study On The Development Of Wild Edible Fungi Industry In Yunnan Province

Yunnan has rich resources of wild edible fungi,so collecting and selling wild edible fungi is an important economic method for many farmers to get rid of poverty.How to explore,utilize and protect well the resources of Yunnan Province wild edible fungus with good natural resources and to realize the sustainable utilization,then to turn the "small,scattered,weak" wild mushroom industry into the industrialization development,is the problem that the Yunnan plateau agriculture urgently needs to solve.This thesis first introduces the research background,significance and research contents and methods;secondly introduces related concepts and basic theory of the agricultural industrialization;thirdly analyzes the present situation and problems of Yunnan wild mushroom industry;fourthly researches on the consumers,mushroom man and the authority staff of several counties;the fifth makes grey prediction and hierarchy analysis evaluation of wild edible mushroom industry development in Yunnan province;the sixth puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of the wild edible mushroom industry in Yunnan Province.This thesis argues that the development of wild edible fungi in Yunnan province industry is also facing the following problems: fragmented management organization,utilization of the old model,low industry convergence;outstanding contradiction on the resources exploitation,utilization and protection,resource management is not enough,and processing enterprises personnel quality is low,processing depth is not enough;do not establish a business philosophy of quality first,marketing publicity is not enough;relying on traditional experience to protect food safety is risky,the existence of hidden dangers in food safety management;the combination of enterprises and scientific research institutes is not good;the transformation of scientific research achievements is not enough;export competition does not give full play to the potential role and son on.Based on the nearly 360 questionnaire survey of the Menghai County,Fengqing County and Longling County,3 Southwest Yunnan county area,and Dayao County,Yimen County,Xundian County,3 central area of Yunnan,this thesis analyzes the wild mushroom consumption,mining,processing,production and management concepts and other issues of the county consumers,farmers and government organs staff,In this thesis,the grey GM(1,1)model is used to predict the industry output and output growth trend of wild edible fungi in Yunnan Province,and the development level of wild edible fungi in Yunnan province is evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP).In this thesis,it is considered that the industrialization of edible fungi in Yunnan province is in the middle and lower level,and the key of its development is the mode transformation,that is about how to change the pattern of "scattered picking + small production + disordered circulation and consumption" of the wild edible fungi in the whole province to the mode of "scattered picking + intensive processing + big health market consumption”.Finally,the thesis puts forward some suggestions on the development of wild edible fungi industrialization from the aspects of industrial policy,resource management,deep processing,market development,scientific research system construction and foreign exchange earning.
