Research On The Development Of The Edible Fungi Industries In Wei County

Edible fungi industry plays an important role for improving the income level of farmers and rural ecological environment. China attaches extremely importance to the development of edible fungi industry, using policy guidance and financial support and other ways to promote the progress of edible fungi industry. After nearly three decades of development, there have been some development achievements of the edible fungi industry of Wei County, but compared to other regions in China, the overall development level of Wei County’s edible fungi industry is not absolutely high, and still has giant increase prospects. The edible fungi industry of Wei County would solve many problems to achieve healthy development.This paper selects Research on the Development of the Edible Fungi Industries in Wei County as research topic, obtain information about the Wei County edible fungi industry producing process, processing process and circulate process through literature review, field visits and questionnaires. Then described and summarized the developing constraints for the edible fungi industry of Wei County: the lack of capital invested; the demand of labor quality improved; the progress of technology level; the complex impact of natural resources; the urgent require of policies and regulations; the newly formed factors. After the model analysis by the AHP analysis method, this paper draws some conclusions about the impact extent of different developing constraints. The policy factors is the main impact factors of the edible fungi industry of Wei County, and the special fund for developing edible fungi industry is the deepest impact. According to the analysis, this paper presents the development countermeasures of the edible fungi industry in Wei County: broaden the financing channels, increase the amount of financial support; push forward the innovation of producing process, processing process and circulate process, enhance the level of industrial technology; optimize the production structure, make full use of industrial agglomeration advantages; build information platform to improve the industry efficiency; improve the circulation system to stabilize the quality of edible fungi product. Based on the edible fungi industry development research, the relevant suggestions from this paper can help to absorb surplus rural labor in Wei County, broaden the channels of Wei County farmers’ income increase, improve the agricultural ecologic environment, and raise people’s living standards in Wei County. In addition, this paper complements the research information for other areas developing edible fungi industry, provide a useful reference for the overall development of China’s edible fungi industry.
