With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the concept of nutritious diet is becoming more and more important.Because of its high nutritional value,edible fungi are being pursued and admired by consumers both at home and abroad,and the market demand for the products of edible mushroom is also increasing therewith.In 2016,the total output of edible fungi in China reached 35.97 million tons,ranking the first in the world.The mushroom industry has become an important industry in China's agriculture.China attaches great importance to the development of edible fungi industry,and promotes its development through policy guidance and financial support.In 2017,the Central No.1 Document listed the edible fungi industry as one of the “dominant and characteristic industries” whose development would be vigorously promoted.Edible fungi industry plays an important role in improving the income of farmers and improving the living environment in rural areas,and it has a very prominent advantage for Suizhou.To study the edible fungus industry in Suizhou,promote the development of the edible fungi industry,enhance the market competitiveness of the edible fungi industry,help the edible fungi industry of Suizhou city break through the “bottleneck” smoothly and regain the position as “the leader of China's exportation of mushrooms”.The rise of edible fungi industry in Suizhou is of great significance to the development of local economy and the increase of farmers' income.On the basis of collecting literature and field interviews,this paper first introduces the development process of edible fungi industry in Suizhou,and then,starting from the present situation of the development of edible mushroom industry in Suizhou,analyses the problems existing in R & D link,production mode,processing link,sales market and product competitiveness.Using SWOT analytical method,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of the development process of Suizhou's mushroom industry are analyzed.Finally,from the perspective of side reform of agricultural supply,combined with the actual situation of the development of edible fungi industry in Suizhou,the countermeasures for solving the problem and development directions are put forward: Starting from introducing talents,strengthening the cooperation among production,studying and research,developing technological training and other research links to enhance R & D strength;Carry out standardized production from the aspects of factory planting and leading roles of model households.Further cultivate the leading enterprises and characteristic brands,and carry out deep processing;Develop the sales market internationally and domestically;Enhance the quality safety level of edible fungi from the aspect of product diversification and improving core competitiveness.This paper puts forward development countermeasures and suggestions from these five aspects,so as to promote the structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of edible fungi industry in Suizhou.Based on the study of the development of edible fungi industry in Suizhou,this paper also provides some references for the edible fungi industry in other areas in China.
