Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy Development On The Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

With the continuous promotion of another round of new industrial revolution and scientific and technological reform,coupled with the adverse factors of the epidemic,digital economy has become the most creative,dynamic and universal economic form,and has become one of the core engines of economic growth.At this stage,China is still in the development of the new normal,and economic development is facing important opportunities for industrial upgrading.Digital economy is not only an economic factor itself,but also effectively promote economic development and upgrading.This study mainly explores the role of digital economy in the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure in Sichuan Province.Firstly,this paper analyzes the mechanism based on the theoretical level,analyzes the dimensions of the constituent elements of digital economy,and summarizes the impact path of digital economy on industrial structure.Construct the coefficient of digital economy and industrial structure upgrading,introduce vector autoregressive model(Va R)and panel data regression model for empirical test,construct the panel data model of sample cities in Sichuan Province,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the analysis results.Through systematic analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: first,the constructed digital economy measurement index shows that the development level of digital economy in Sichuan province continues to improve.The digital economy measurement index is constructed based on the dimensions of telecom business income,number of Internet broadband access users,number of mobile phone users,postal business income,information transmission,number of employees in computer service and software industry,Factor analysis(principal component)is introduced to reduce the dimension of the index group and synthesize new factors;By constructing the comprehensive industrial structure upgrading coefficient with the weight of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in GDP as 1,2 and 3 in turn,it is found that after 2000,Sichuan’s industrial structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded,and the proportion of tertiary industry has continued to rise;Second,through the analysis of vector autoregressive model,it is obtained that the impact effect of digital economy on industrial structure is significant,and the current period is a significant positive impact effect.The second period reaches the peak,and then each period gradually converges to zero,with slow attenuation speed and long attenuation period;Third,based on the panel data of 18 cities and states in Sichuan Province,it is found that the digital economy still has a significant positive driving effect on the upgrading of industrial structure.Based on the analysis conclusion,it is proposed that Sichuan Province should strengthen the construction of new digital infrastructure,speed up industrial digital application and innovation,build a digital economy public service platform,and increase the guarantee of digital economy funds and talents.
