| With the development of economy and the progress of society,the speed of urbanization in China has changed significantly,urban functions are also constantly enriched,and the rate of municipal engineering construction in cities is also rising.Company A is a professional municipal engineering construction enterprise.In the face of the fierce market competition environment,bidding is the development means of giving priority and an important position in its development process.Faced with the cruel market competition environment,Company A should consider how to accurately and reasonably calculate the bid price and improve the bid winning rate and profitability based on its own development.The bidding system of municipal engineering industry has not been established for a long time in China,but it has developed rapidly.There are some problems in the decision-making process of bidding and quotation of municipal engineering projects in Company A.This paper comprehensively uses the literature retrieval method,normative research and interview method to carry out research,aiming to put forward relevant suggestions that can optimize the bidding decision of Company A,so that it can provide new ideas for the bidding work of other municipal engineering companies after its initial results in application.Based on the research and discussion of the bidding and quotation strategy of municipal engineering projects,referring to the advanced scientific theory and practical experience,combining with the relevant theories of municipal engineering bidding,and aiming at the specific problems in the bidding and quotation process of municipal engineering projects of Company A,this paper analyzes and finds the relevant factors that affect the bidding and quotation decision.Thirdly,according to the results of factor analysis,the bidding and quotation decisions of municipal engineering projects are optimized.Through a series of analysis and improvement,the bidding quality of Company A is comprehensively improved,helping Company A obtain more municipal engineering projects in the fierce market competition. |
