With the opening of China construction market,the construction enterprises will face keen competition.Because it is away from perfection of our bidding system and the competition of the enterprises is not strong,it is urgent for us to improve our bidding management and using the proper bidding strategy.Based on the reality of our bidding management,the paper analyses the international customs and procedures of project bidding and enduce that how to get the bidding.Aim at the bidding strategy analysis,this paper introduces four facets which are bidding selection strategy,bidding quotion strategy,bidding risk research and after public bidding strategy.In the research of bid selecting,because of multiple objectives existing in a complex system,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) can solve the problem that how to decide the degree of the importance which effected by project competition strategy factors and multiple experts with multiple weight coefficient.In this process,the paper sets up the AHP model and uses the clustering analysis method.All of these can analyze the bidding more impersonally and exactly.Moreover,it makes up the limitation of the traditional methods,so it makes the project bidding more scientificly.In the risk research, this paper uses the Markov model in order to forecast the condition in the future.Accordingly,the construct corporation can escape the bidding risk .Though the analysis of the bidding selecting strategy,bidding quotation strategy,bidding risk and atter public bidding strategy,this paper sets up a bidding strategy system. This paper will help construction corporations in China establish bidding decisions and enhance competitive capability of bidding in general tendency that construction project bidding adapt to international bid and call at present.
