| In recent years,with the strict regulation of the central government on the real estate market,the real estate industry has entered the cold winter.The competition between real estate enterprises is very fierce,which is reflected in the increasingly prominent competition in talent construction.As an important part of talent construction in real estate enterprises,the training of management trainees is also facing new challenges.China JM Suwan Regional Company is a central real estate enterprise.Due to the short establishment time of the regional company and the lack of practical experience in management trainee training,there are some problems in the management trainee training system,such as the mismatch between the training expectation and the actual situation,the imbalance between the training departments,the fragmentation of the training process,the superficiality of the training content,the weak training faculty,the lack of evaluation of the training effect,etc.,resulting in the low efficiency of the management trainee training,the loss of the management trainee and other consequences,As a result,the management trainee training can neither reach the level of management trainee training of other real estate enterprises in the industry,nor meet the needs of regional companies for business development.Based on the relevant theories and methods of human resources and talent training,this paper optimizes the management training system of JM Suwan regional company in China.First of all,the process and content of the training organization were collected and analyzed by using the literature method,interview survey and questionnaire survey,and the key issues affecting the training effectiveness of the management trainees were found by calculating satisfaction and other indicators.Secondly,the paper closely adheres to the characteristics of real estate projects,according to the principle of "training as war,war promoting training,training in war,and fight in training",combining the "721" talent training principle,using the "COSSE" practical training model,meeting the requirements of the whole process of project development,constructs the "3Y-9T" training model,which takes training professional managers as the training goal and three years as the training cycle,and sets the training content Clarify the responsibilities of training subjects,timely organize training effect evaluation and results application and other measures,optimize the management training system of regional companies,so as to achieve reasonable management training project settings.Thirdly,according to the current situation of the management system of regional companies,the paper analyzes the difficulties that may be encountered in the optimization of the implementation of the management training system of regional companies.Through strengthening the organization,improving the mechanism,and creating a culture,it ensures that the optimization of the management training system of regional companies can be effective. |
