| In today’s rapid economic development,enterprises are facing huge challenges and survival pressure at any time and place.In order to develop better,faster and longer,enterprises must pay enough attention to every factor that affects development,prevent weaknesses and restrict enterprise progress.From the perspective of human resources,employee satisfaction undoubtedly plays a decisive role in the development of enterprises,In a complex and volatile social environment with fierce competition,if an enterprise only focuses on external factors such as products,markets and competitors and ignores the role of people,it may not be defeated by external challenges,but first disintegrate from the inside when facing major challenges.Therefore,it must pay attention to the role of people,and pay attention to and devote to improving employee satisfaction is the key step for an enterprise to play the role of people.Moreover,to some extent,improving employee satisfaction plays a positive role in improving enterprise product quality,employee work efficiency,customer satisfaction,employee happiness sense of belonging,enterprise cohesion,enterprise innovation ability and other aspects.Therefore,studying the current situation of employee satisfaction,analyzing the main factors affecting employee satisfaction,and understanding and solving the problems affecting employee satisfaction management will undoubtedly play a positive role in promoting the development of enterprises.This paper intends to use the methods of questionnaire,interview and data analysis to investigate and study the employee satisfaction of the Z department of Bank M Credit Card Center(Chengdu),so as to understand the current situation of employee satisfaction of the department,the main factors affecting employee satisfaction,analyze the existing problems in employee satisfaction management,and then make targeted improvements to the existing problems,which is not only conducive to the development of the enterprise,It also provides reference for similar departments in credit card centers of other banks. |
