Human resource management is an important issue in the reform of Chinese state-owned enterprises.With the advent of the digital age,JY Telecom Branch is no longer just engaged in traditional basic services such as SIM cards and broadband,but is facing transformation to adapt to new business and work models.This requires the company to rethink its human resource allocation.At this critical turning point,human resources are one of the core resources of the enterprise,and the quality of their allocation and management will directly affect the development and competitiveness of the enterprise.The configuration of personnel will directly impact or even hinder the high-quality development of JY Telecom Branch.However,the company currently faces issues such as insufficient personnel,low overall quality,low personnel-job matching,unclear promotion/elimination mechanisms,etc.These issues have become a "bottleneck" that constrains the company’s transformation and development.How to further optimize human resource allocation,improve human resource allocation efficiency at a deeper level,and enhance corporate profitability,is an urgent issue to be resolved in the human resources work of JY Telecom Branch.Based on the current status of human resource allocation in JY Telecom Branch,this paper studies the theories of human resource management and development,content of human resource optimization allocation,and related theories of human resource management in state-owned enterprises.Through analysis of practical situations and the use of modern theories and methods of enterprise human resource management,this paper analyzes the current status,problems,and causes of human resource allocation in JY Telecom Branch.Furthermore,through methods such as personnel data analysis,in-depth interviews,and questionnaires,suggestions for optimizing human resource allocation are proposed.This study can provide valuable reference for JY Telecom Branch,promote more rational and effective human resource managem...
