The Nineteen major reports put forward we should strengthen the construction of infrastructure network such as railways,highways,information and logistics,and put forward the development strategy of building a powerful transportation country,which provides a broad platform for the development of intelligent transportation.Hebei Intelligent Transportation Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hebei transportation investment group.It is a state-controlled and highway transportation technology enterprise integrating system integration,R & D and service.The main business of the company is the monitoring and routine maintenance of the operation and maintenance of each section of the expressway's electromechanical system of Hebei traffic and investment group company.The charging,monitoring,communication and information system of all expressways under the trading group system is upgraded.In the new policy and the background of the times,the human resource management of the JJC presents a new problem.Although many domestic scholars have studied the issue of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises,the company belongs to the local state-owned enterprises,and the transportation company has its own characteristics.Its human resource management can not copy the mode of private enterprises and the government.Domestic research on it is relatively few.This paper studies the human resource management system of Hebei Intelligent Transportation Company,which helps to further clarify the characteristics of human resources management and enrich the theoretical research of human resource management.This paper mainly adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey and other research methods,based on the collation and summary of domestic and foreign scholars point of view,analyzes the present situation of human resources management Hebei intelligent transportation company,to obtain first-hand data by means of questionnaire design,human resources management in state companies,and optimization measures of human resource management from four aspects of staff recruitment,staff training,performance management,salary management,and strive to provide some enlightenment for other transportation enterprises and local state-owned enterprise human resources management.
