Relying on the rapid development of the global economy and logistics,coffee has gradually entered people’s lives.In recent years,lots of coffee retail enterprises have emerged in my country,and human resources are the cornerstone of enterprise development.As a vital part of human resource management,salary management is also an important part of the cost expenditure of enterprises.Our country’s salary management has been continuously developed from the salary system under the initial planning system,and gradually developed into a salary management system that each enterprise adjusts in time to match the talents and market environment.This article takes the Starbucks stores in Suzhou as the research object.First,it analyzes Starbucks’ current operating and management status,and finds out the defects of the current salary management by interviewing and providing surveys of store employees in Suzhou.Combining the analysis of the questionnaire with the theoretical knowledge to provide some suggestions for further improvement.The distribution of questionnaires this time combined the on-site distribution of stores and online electronic questionnaires to collect data from shop assistants in different stores in the Suzhou area.A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed,and the number of valid questionnaires was 215.Through the analysis of the collected data,starting with the salary system,salary level,salary composition,performance assess,salary management strategy and employee promotion management,etc.,it discusses where Starbucks can improve salary management. |
