A Study On The Development Of Rural Complex In The Context Of Rural Revitalization

Since the 19 th National Congress,China has vigorously implemented the rural revitalization strategy,and in 2017,new industries and new formats represented by pastoral complexes appeared for the first time in the Central Document No.1,providing new ideas for solving the problem of unbalanced and insufficient urban and rural development.In recent years,the theoretical research of pastoral complex and its pilot operation have been focusing on solving the problem of "three rural areas" and providing a strong carrier for the realization of the strategic goal of rural revitalization,which can not only effectively improve the level of rural economic development,but also continue to promote agricultural development and production,increase farmers’ income,change the appearance of villages,and then greatly promote the process of rural modernization.Therefore,studying the economic development mode of pastoral complexes and the opportunities and challenges they face has important theoretical guiding significance and practical application value for promoting the process of agricultural and rural modernization and comprehensive rural revitalization in China.This paper aims to deeply understand the construction concept,development ideas and current situation of AIA pastoral complex,and combine the connotation and essence of rural revitalization strategy,through field investigation,literature research,concept interpretation,case analysis,etc.,to systematically study its future development prospects and development paths,so as to enhance the value of local characteristic industries and provide effective guidance for the development of new agricultural industry projects in the county.Firstly,the concept and connotation characteristics of the pastoral complex are discussed,and secondly,taking the AIA pastoral complex in Ningyang County as an example,by understanding the construction,development concept and construction content of the AIA pastoral complex,the "agriculture + tourism + education + culture" model is analyzed,and the operation mechanism and operation effect of the complex are analyzed and summarized accordingly.SWOT was used to analyze the development strategy,and the problems in the development process were pointed out from the macro,meso and micro levels.Finally,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the healthy and sustainable development of the complex from the macro,meso and micro levels.Based on the above research,this paper believes that the construction concept and construction content of AIA Pastoral Complex are in line with the actual development and future development trend of the park,and play a certain role in enriching the cultural resources of the park and innovating the integration of culture and tourism,but at the same time,the development of AIA Pastoral Complex is also constrained by many objective factors such as land factors,professional talents,service quality,financing and capital increase,market development,product marketing and so on.
