Research On The Impact Of The Whole Process Engineering Consulting Project Governance Mechanism On Governance Performanc

In order to meet the needs of high quality and sustainable development of the construction industry,the whole industry chain of building industrialization becomes a new trend to promote the development of the construction industry.Whole process engineering consulting focusing on "whole process" and "whole governance" is more suitable for the whole industrial chain of construction industrialization than the traditional engineering consultation.However,the whole industrial chain of construction industrialization has put forward a higher request to the whole process engineering consultation.Therefore,it has led to major challenges for project management and affected the control performance of the whole process engineering consulting project.From the standpoint of the whole industrial chain environment of construction industrialization,this thesis studies the law of influence of the governance mechanism of whole process engineering consultancy projects on the governance performance,so as to promote whole process engineering consultancy improving the efficiency of project management.The major studies in this thesis consist of:firstly,the domestic and foreign references on whole process engineering consulting,the whole industrial chain of construction industrialization and project governance theory were examined and sorted out,based on which the theoretical basis was available for the measurement index system construction and the building of the research hypothesis model.Secondly,the measurement index was initially identified through literature research,and then,supplemented by the expert consultation method,the measurement index system was finally established,and the theoretical model of contract governance,relationship governance and integration and collaboration of the whole process of engineering consulting project,environment of whole industry chain of construction industrialization and project governance performance was proposed.The model constructed for this study was then tested using a structural equation approach by SmartPLS 3.0 software,and the impact mechanisms of project governance on project governance performance under the whole industrial chain environment of construction industrialization were analyzed.Finally,using Vensim system dynamics software,the theoretical model verified by structural equations was built into a system dynamics model,based on the simulation results,analyzed the dynamic effect of the governance mechanism of the whole process engineering consulting project on the governance performance in the background of the construction industrialization industry chain.The results show that:(1)Between relationship governance and whole process engineering consulting project governance performance,the whole process engineering consulting project integration synergy has a mediating effect,but the whole process engineering consulting project integration synergy has no mediating effect between contract governance and project governance performance;(2)The effect of project governance mechanism to improve the governance performance of whole process engineering consulting projects becomes better as the level of the whole industrial chain environment of construction industrialization increases;(3)In the background of the whole industrial chain environment of construction industrialization,in the early stage of the implementation of whole process engineering consulting projects,the governance intensity of contractual governance is superior to that of relational governance,but as the project proceeds to the later stages,the governance intensity of relationship governance gradually exceeds that of contract governance;(4)With the progress of the project,the whole process of project integration and coordination level has been improving;(5)The better the environment level of the whole industrial chain of building industrialization,the improvement of contract governance level is not obvious,and the improvement of relationship governance level is relatively large;(6)It is suggested that managers should make use of contract governance and relationship governance correctly,establish enterprise target system and assessment system of the whole consulting project,and cultivate innovative leading enterprises with core competence in construction industrialization,it provides a reference to raise the management performance of the whole process of engineering consulting projects under the whole industry chain environment of construction industrialization.
