Engineering Consulting Industry Management System Study

Secondly, the current competition posture and actual problems are studied through the analysis of market environment and the status of the industry. Finally, ideas about the reform of national constitution and management model and the relevant suggestions are put forward in order to make national project consultation industry be adapted to the new situation of WTO entrance and be a flexible and competitive market player through the measures of adjusting business and human resources strategy and the way of integration and cooperation.
