In recent years, the study of employee loyalty has become a hot research field of HumanResource Management. Existing research results show that the organizations to strengthentheir career management can enhance employee loyalty, improve organizational performancelevel. Employee loyalty by a variety of factors, one of the main factors is the organization ofcareer management and organizational support. The need for more comprehensive and morein-depth grasp of the theory and practice of organizational career management, organizationalsupport and employee loyalty.Since the accession to the WTO, size and number of commercial banks in China has beenan unprecedented development, the increasingly fierce competition, the brain drain. Improvethe loyalty of knowledge workers, is the important way to solve the problem of commercialbank brain drain.Only by improving the banking knowledge-based employee loyalty, in order to makecommercial banks have a better development. Commercial banks knowledge workers sense ofloyalty, examine the structure of the commercial banks knowledge-based employee loyalty,depth organizational career management, organizational support and employee loyalty, loyaltyto enrich and improve the commercial banks knowledge workers degree theory.Review domestic and foreign organizations career management, organizational support andemployee loyalty research theory and based on the hypothesis, the knowledge workers of thecommercial banks issuing questionnaires, statistical factor analysis, analysis of variance,statistical methods such as regression analysis, analysis of organizational career management,the organization organizational support and employee loyalty, the assumptions to be verified,the study concluded that:1.To verify the three-factor model of commercial banks in the context of Chinese cultureknowledge-based employee loyalty: feelings of loyalty, continued loyalty and norms loyalty.2.Commercial banks knowledge-based employee loyalty there are significant differences inthe demographic variables of age, marital status, work experience, job, no significantdifference in gender.3. The organization of career management is an effective predictor of employee loyalty, fairpromoted significant predictor of employee loyalty. 4. Organizational support is also effective predictor of employee loyalty, which agree withvalues and concern for the interests of the employee loyalty significant predictor.5. Organizational support plays an intermediary role in the organization of career managementemployee loyalty.Finally, the results of commercial banks retain line knowledge workers, enhance employeeloyalty management practices put forward constructive ideas, follow-up study withrecommendations to be further deepen employee loyalty.
