As the development of the economy,in contemporary society,the problem of brain drain and the stable quantity of high quality of human resources have perplexed management of the human resource in high-tech enterprise.As a major type of market enterprise,high-tech enterprise plays an irreplaceable role in the entire economic system.The prosperity and development of high-tech enterprise can drive the employment of our country and greatly promote the growth of the whole national economy.The competition of the high-tech enterprises is highly,actually is the competition of knowledge-based employee.The high ratio of flow of knowledge-based employee indicates that the enterprise lacks stable workforce,it shows the staff of the enterprise to the lack of the loyalty,if they are lost will cause the great impact on the organizational operation,so in the era of the knowledge economy,the improvement of the loyalty of the knowledge-based employee has become the urgent problem of each organization to be solved,all the ultimate goals of the organization and management activities to be pursued.This paper studies the influence factors of loyalty of the knowledge-based employee in N company,in order to solve the problem of high ratio of flow and low loyalty of the knowledge-based employee in N company,and to improve management of the knowledge-type employees,increasing loyalty and reduce the brain drain in N company.This study starts from the theoretical research and reviews relevant theories and research achievements of the loyalty of the knowledge-based employee at home and abroad.Secondly,on the basis of summarizing the related theory and research results,build loyalty questionnaire of knowledge-based employee in N company,and carry on the empirical research on the loyalty management of the company's staff,in search of the problems of the loyalty management and analyzing the reasons;Finally,aiming at the development needs of N company,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving employee loyalty management are proposed.The study found that,the loyalty of knowledge-based employee in N company was low.The loyalty of the company has four dimensions respectively:normative loyalty,ideal loyalty,affective loyalty,economic loyalty,the normative loyalty is highest and the economic loyalty is lowest.And the key factors of influencing the loyalty of the staff have three dimensions respectively:the social company factors,the individual factors and the environment factors.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of the loyalty of N company's knowledge-based employee,there are four measures respectively:risk identification,environment creation,system improvement and management optimization.This study is helpful to enrich the study of the theory of the management of the knowledge-based employee and loyalty management from practice support,at the same time,provides reference to improve loyalty management of knowledge-based employee for N company and similar enterprises.The study is useful to the loyalty management of the N company's knowledge-based employee,and helpful to the similar enterprises.Besides,it can improve the theory of the human resource management.
