Research On The Impact Of Digital Economy Development On Regional Innovation Performance

In recent years,emerging digital technologies represented by 5G,AI,blockchain and big data have been developing vigorously.Digital economy will be the main force of economic development in the new era.But at the same time,due to the unpredictable external environment,increasing anti-globalization,and the huge impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on China’s economy,the national economic development has been under unprecedented downward pressure,and the transformation of the traditional economic development mode and the transformation of economic growth driver is already imminent.As an important concept of high-quality economic development in the new era,innovative development is the key to solve the current economic development dilemma.Therefore,the improvement of innovation ability and innovation performance have important strategic significance.Numbers in the process of economic development in China,the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration is one of the most dynamic and most innovative ability of the urban agglomeration,one of the regional innovation performance of the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration,as well as the present situation of the digital economy,the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration digital economy development level of regional innovation performance,the influence of the national policies,develop and implement,It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.On the basis of existing research,this paper combines relevant theories and empirical studies to deeply discuss the development level of digital economy and regional innovation performance,so as to provide certain theoretical basis for formulating relevant policies of digital economy development and regional innovation performance.Specifically speaking: First of all,on the basis of sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper defines the connotation of digital economy and regional innovation performance,discusses its theoretical mechanism in detail,and puts forward corresponding research hypotheses.Secondly,this paper uses the principal component analysis method and entropy method to specifically calculate the digital economy development level and regional innovation performance of 41 sample cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2011 to 2019,and analyzes the current situation according to the measurement results.Finally,in view of the digital economy theory analysis of the impact of regional innovation performance of the proposed research hypotheses,using the mediation effect has carried on the empirical test model and spatial econometric model,get the following basic conclusions: first,the digital economy of Yangtze river delta urban agglomerations has an obvious role in promoting innovation performance,digital economy has become an important driving force for Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration innovation performance.Second,digital economy promotes the improvement of regional innovation performance of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration by promoting the improvement of the degree of factor marketization.Thirdly,the impact of digital economy on the regional innovation performance of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration has regional heterogeneity,and the regions with high level of digital economy development have obvious digital innovation dividends.Fourth,the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration of digital level of economic development and regional innovation performance has positive spatial correlation,considering spatial factor under the condition of the Yangtze river delta urban agglomeration local digital economy still can significantly improve the local regional innovation performance,and plays a significant role in regional innovation performance of spatial spillover,but the digital economy of regional innovation performance of spatial spillover effect is not significant.Based on the above analysis,the following policy suggestions are put forward:First,vigorously promote the construction of digital economy and improve regional innovation performance.Second,strengthen regional cooperation and exchanges on innovation and make full use of the market vitality of the enabling factors of the digital economy.Third,we need to implement differentiated policies for the development of the digital economy to address the digital divide.Fourthly,establish innovation demonstration zones and give play to the innovation driving role of advantaging regions.Fifth,we need to improve the regulatory system for the digital economy and create an innovation landscape featuring fair competition and win-win outcomes for all.In this paper,the innovations may have the following two points: first,the existing literature by using mathematical model analysis of digital economy and regional innovation performance mechanism is less,this article USES two sector model further analysis from the Angle of the theory of digital economy impact on the performance of regional innovation system,and put forward the digital economy influence elements by improving the marketization level to promote regional innovation performance.Second,most of the empirical studies in the existing literature are limited to the provincial panel and ignore the interaction between cities,and most of the studies ignore the spatial effect.This paper constructs a spatial econometric model and takes the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration as an example to analyze the spatial effect of digital economy on regional innovation performance from the perspective of cities.In this paper,the innovations may have the following two points: first,the existing
