Under the background of global economic downturn and the international competition deepening,China's foreign trading enterprises to share the international market segmentation become more and more difficult,China's foreign trading enterprises have to change the trading way to reverse the plight,so cross-border E-commerce as a new trading mode brings the gospel for China's foreign trading enterprises.The cross-border E-commerce not only shorten the trading process,improve trade efficiency,but also reduce the transaction costs for foreign trading enterprises.Creating more trading opportunities and making Chinese enterprises participate in international competition with a more positive attitude.To use cross-border platform for foreign trade will become an inevitable choice for China's foreign trading enterprises' future development,this approach has become an important driving force for China's foreign economic and trade growth.But how the level of the cross-border E-commerce is used for foreign trading,what main factors affect the level of its application,as well as by what measures to promote the development of cross-border E-commerce.Which require us to explore and research.In this paper,we regard foreign trading enterprises to apply B2 C export cross-border E-commerce as the research object,this paper firstly describes the research background and study significance.Then we hackle and classify the related research in the field of the cross-border E-commerce at home and abroad in detail.The relevant concepts and theories about the cross-border E-commerce are summarized.We analyse the application status,necessity and problems in the development process of the B2 C cross-border E-commerce.Then we use the empirical analysis to demonstrate its influencing factors,which including the international marketing,electronic payment,electronic customs,international logistics.Use the principal component method to find out the main factors affecting the B2 C cross-border E-commerce development.Finally,according to the theoretical and empirical research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the application of B2 C cross-border E-commerce in China's foreign trading enterprises.
