| With the acceleration of Chinese urbanization process,China has emerged Beijing,Shanghai,Hangzhou,Shenzhen,Guangzhou and other megacities with a population of 10 million.The influx of a large number of people has raised the requirements for urban transport services,and many cities often have traffic jams,such as lulu traffic jams,which provides space for the diversified development of urban transport.Urban public transport with a large volume,such as light rail,subway and railway linking regions,has been included in the national planning and started construction.The first line in Changchun was put into operation on October 30,2002,making Changchun the fifth city in Chinese mainland to open rail transit.In December 2021,there will be a total of 5 rail transit lines in operation in Changchun,including Changchun rail transit Line 1,Line 2,Line 3,Line 4 and Line 8,with an operating mileage of 106.73 kilometers.There are altogether 7(sections)of Changchun rail transit lines under construction,including the east extension of Changchun Rail Transit Line 2,the south extension of Changchun Rail Transit Line 3,the south extension of Changchun Rail Transit Line 4,Line 5 phase I,Line 6,Line 7 phase I and Line 9 phase I.Changchun Rail Transit Group has an annual investment of 6 billion yuan and an annual output value of 13 billion yuan.As a construction enterprise can seize the opportunity to develop and expand in the great development depends on the management ability and level of project construction,especially the cost management ability.Based on the cost management of Changchun Metro Line 2 East extension project,this paper will study and analyze the cost management in the process of project construction and production,so as to find the existing problems in the cost management of construction enterprises in the process of construction.It is mainly reflected in the following aspects:unreasonable organizational structure,not detailed budgeting,not in place in cost control,and not timely handling of cost overruns.These problems reflect the weak cost awareness of personnel,insufficient cost management ability,not in place in the execution of the contract,and ineffective performance assessment of cost management.According to the actual situation of the whole life cycle of the construction and production of the east extension project of Changchun Metro Line 2,this paper analyzes the cost of the project and formulates the cost estimation,budget and control scheme.Through the implementation of the scheme to strengthen the cost management ability,the PDCA cycle and dynamic adjustment of cost management can be realized to achieve the goal of cost saving and profit maximization. |
