Research On Cost Management Of Construction Project Of Filter Press Manufacturing Plant

In recent years,my country’s economy has developed rapidly and competition among enterprises has intensified.Especially for the environmental protection industry,although it is facing a larger development basis,the challenges cannot be ignored.Therefore,how to do a good job in project cost management and control has become an important work to improve the economic efficiency of the industry.Because reasonable cost management can effectively control the duration,quality and required costs of the entire project,so as to ensure that the project can be completed in accordance with the expected goals.In the process of project cost management,cost estimation,cost budget preparation and cost control run through,so it is particularly important to realize the effective cost control of the project and reasonable cost estimation and budget.Therefore,the research in this paper is to use the basic method of cost management to study the estimation,budget and control in the construction process of the filter press manufacturing plant under the premise of ensuring the safety,quality,duration and cost of the construction project.Starting from the definition of engineering project cost management,it expounds the factors that affect the cost of engineering projects,analyzes the key factors among them,and draws feasible means to strengthen the cost control of the project,so as to achieve the goal of cost control.First,the overall plan for the construction project of the filter press manufacturing plant area is explained,the work breakdown of the project,the compilation of the project work information,the clear project estimation content,the adjustment of the project estimation deviation and the confirmation of the project cost estimation result.Secondly,it mainly introduces the total cost budget of the construction project of the filter press manufacturing plant area,and prepares the project cost budget.Finally,study some factors that affect the project cost that occurred during the construction of the filter press manufacturing plant.Through research and analysis of these factors,use reasonable cost management methods to adjust and affect these factors,and propose the cost control of the construction of the filter press manufacturing plant.Measures.This research can not only provide reference for the cost management of filter press project,but also provide reference for similar projects in the future,so as to promote the application and development of project management.
