| The continuous improvement in people’s requirements for material life has driven the rapid development of clothing enterprises.However,the traditional clothing industry is labor-intensive,with low added value and fierce competition.As a clothing export enterprise,it also faces trade frictions and threats of unilateral protectionism in the international environment.In the past three years,the downward pressure on the economy has been evident.As a major player in clothing export trade,export orders have decreased,market demand has weakened,and unprecedented changes have tested the confidence and determination of industry practitioners.At the same time,China is not a strong player in clothing exports,and its large but weak position is once again impacting the future development of enterprises,requiring timely adjustments by managers.Changchun HW Clothing Co.,Ltd.was established in the post-quota era.From its initial plant with several hundred square meters and more than 10 machines and equipment in 2009,to its current comprehensive plant spanning 13,000 square meters with 331 machines and equipment,HW Clothing Co.,Ltd.has continuously developed overseas markets,expanded its business scope,improved its industrial chain,supply chain,and logistics chain,and achieved significant accomplishments in enterprise management and technological innovation.In 2020,with the ongoing spread of the epidemic,the supply of imported raw materials from overseas has become difficult,and the department’s contracts face the risk of breach due to port control and other reasons.Adapting to market changes and pressures brought about by the epidemic,coping with the crisis and challenges of the current situation,adjusting the development direction of enterprises,formulating effective strategic measures,and ensuring smooth navigation for enterprises to avoid hidden reefs have become urgent and important propositions.This article focuses on Changchun HW Clothing Co.,Ltd.as the research subject.It analyzes the macro environment using the PEST analysis method,examines the competitive environment using Porter’s Five Forces model,and evaluates the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and risks within and outside the enterprise using the SWOT analysis method.By synthesizing the analysis results of the company’s internal environment,macro environment,and competitive environment,it aims to grasp the opportunities for high-quality development in China,overcome the risks of economic downturn,adapt to the current situation of weak international economic momentum,formulate development strategies and competitive strategies that align with the market environment and enterprise development,and propose specific implementation steps and safeguard measures. |
