| In the era of "Internet +",technological innovation has given birth to ecommerce industry,and based on which express industry has achieved rapid development,meanwhile,the competition in express industry has become increasingly fierce.Taking the express business of T City Post Branch as an example,firstly this paper analyzes the development status of postal express business;then multiple linear regression model is used to assist in studying the main factors affecting the company’s express business volume,and the regression results show that the unit price of express delivery,the number of delivery vehicles and the number of employees are the key factors;further,on the basis of multiple regression analysis,point out the existing problems of postal courier service.Afterwards,make PEST analysis on the macro environment of express business;use Porter’s five forces model to explore the competitive environment of postal express business in detail;and analyze its internal environment as well.Next,make a detailed analysis of the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced by the postal express business through SWOT analysis method,and make use of the strategic combination to determine that the express business needs to adopt differentiation development strategy.Ultimately,in order to make T City Post Branch implement differentiation strategy smoothly,this study puts forward corresponding improvement measures from the pricing mechanism,facilities and equipment management level,logistics processing and distribution capacity,service awareness and inventory operation,so as to promote the sustainable development of express business of T postal branch. |
