| In the digital economy era,social resources and information are constantly changing,and industrial upgrading is iterating rapidly.In this context,innovation becomes a major challenge for every enterprise.As a key situational factor within an enterprise,leadership plays an important role in influencing employees’ behavior at work.So the relationship between the leader’s style and the innovative behavior and performance of employees has always been the subject of attention in academia and business circles,especially the mechanism of action of transformational leadership on employees’ innovation performance.In the digital context,the way and the working environment of employees work have changed,emerging such as human-computer Interaction Techniques and virtual organization.Changes in the work landscape and the emergence of new technologies require employees to use digital technology and autonomously redesign their jobs to adapt to the rapid changes in the enterprise.So the paper takes employees’ digital job crafting as a mediating variable and perceived organizational support as a moderating variable to explore the impact path of transformational leadership on employees’ innovation performance.Finally,229 valid paired questionnaires were collected.A total of 229 valid paired questionnaires were collected,and then SPSS 24.0 and Mplus 8.3 software were used for data empirical analysis to verify the relationship between transformational leadership and employee innovation performance.We get that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on the innovation performance of employees.And the digital job crafting of employees plays a mediating role,while the perceived organizational support has a positive moderating effect,which can moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and digital job crafting,and promote the mediating effect of digital job crafting on the relationship between transformational leadership and employees’ innovation performance.This paper makes certain sense in theory and practice.Theoretically,this paper has a more specific and in-depth study on the role path of transformational leadership on employees’ innovation performance.At the same time,it takes digital job crafting as a mediating variable,analyzing the conduction mechanism of digital job crafting in the impact of transformational leadership on employees’ innovation.performance,and enriches the theoretical research on job crafting.In terms of practice,it provides some references for the human resource management of enterprises,and inspires leaders to care and motivate employees so that employees can take the initiative to make changes for adapting to the development of enterprises and realize their own value and the significance of work. |
