With the rapid spread of electronic information technology in the fields involved,it has affected the direction of economic and social development.Electronic technology has powerful functions for data collection,integration and analysis,and the way and speed of analysis and processing are constantly improving.Following the pace of global economic development,China’s enterprises have also carried out the road of digital innovation,and the original industry plus digital technology has burst out a unique spark,leading a characteristic development path,promoting the accelerated innovation of business models,and filling the economic environment with more new elements.The business model achieves cross-border growth and subverts the pattern of industrial competition.For example,the main offline sales to online and offline combination,the actual business data generation of two-way analysis,the practical application of a number of technologies combined with digitalization to form a new ecology.More enterprises are expanding their interaction design with consumers in new product development,adding online interaction to expand their reputation,and paying special attention to how to create value with consumers.Under the influence of digital transformation and the transformation of business models,the value co-creation between enterprises and consumers has shifted from the production field to the consumer field,and more attention has been paid to the improvement of the value of the emotional experience of enterprises for consumers.The current research has different depths of exploration for business model innovation after digital transformation,but the research on measuring the innovation of enterprise business models from the perspective of value co-creation in the context of digital transformation can continue to be deepened.This paper first uses the literature review method to explore the concepts of digital transformation,business model innovation and value co-creation at various stages,refines the implicit content of each concept,and analyzes the process and focus of business model innovation from the perspective of value co-creation from different perspectives by studying the innovation points of the case enterprise Belle Group’s digital transformation and its business model innovation.Research shows that digital transformation will innovate from the value proposition,creation,transmission,acquisition and other elements of business innovation value.Enterprises can seek the greatest value co-creation from the aspects of formulating the value proposition of personalized needs,focusing on co-production with platform enterprises,increasing the transmission of value through interaction with users,and diversified cooperation.Belle Shoes Group has experienced an era of offline prosperity and decline,delisted at the lowest point for digital transformation,adopted omni-channel parallelism,used online platforms,mini programs,and offline activities to obtain traffic,digital technology to obtain information,analyze data to increase traffic conversion,and jointly create more value with consumers.Belle Shoes Group’s digitally transformed business model and the value co-creation process with consumers can give some enlightenment to the next traditional enterprises to go digital. |
