Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Homestay Tourism Development In Conghua District Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

Rural tourism plays an important role in promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.With the implementation of the "global tourism" strategy,the development scale of rural tourism continues to expand.In recent years,homestay tourism has become an important part of rural tourism in China and has developed rapidly.Rural homestay is an important attraction and accommodation experience place in rural tourism.It is regarded as an important carrier to activate rural idle resources,enhance rural Cultural identity,and improve rural living standards.This paper studies the B&B tourism in Conghua District of Guangzhou,analyzes the development status,opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages of the B&B tourism industry in this area through the survey data of tourists and B&B owners,focuses on the problems and causes in the development,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,I hope to provide some reference for relevant departments to cultivate and guide the development of homestay tourism.The results show that:(1)Conghua District has a large number of B&Bs with various types,which can effectively meet the needs of tourists and significantly increase the income of rural residents.The business model of Conghua District’s B&B tourism industry includes "villagers+villagers","villagers+companies","villagers+farmers cooperatives+companies" and other types;Homestay tourism has a relatively complete infrastructure and relatively complete policies,and the industrial development environment is good.(2)Conghua District has a sufficient number of home stay tourists,which mainly benefits from the regional and resource advantages of Conghua District: Conghua District is located in the north of Guangzhou,backed by the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area,with rich historical and cultural landscape,beautiful Natural landscape and diverse agricultural and forestry products.(3)The development of home stay tourism in Conghua District is also faced with problems such as insufficient publicity,imperfect marketing system,single product and weak professionalism of management personnel.The main causes are the lack of overall planning of home stay tourism,blind obedience of home stay owners and lack of professional training.In order to promote the sustainable development of homestay tourism in Conghua District,the following countermeasures should be taken: first,the government should guide the planning and layout,integrate resources,create differentiated and clustered homestay tourism,work together to promote and strengthen marketing,cultivate professionals,and help the high-quality development of homestay tourism;Secondly,utilizing the advantages of regional industry associations and research institutes,we aim to create a homestay tourism think tank and assist in the high-quality development of homestay tourism in Conghua;The third is to actively guide homestay owners to develop homestay tourism in a standardized,institutionalized,and distinctive manner,optimize services,and assist in the connotative development of homestay tourism in Conghua.
