Research On The Development Strategy Of Characteristic Small Towns In Conghua District Of Guangzhou

The new-type of urbanization is the largest domestic demand potential and development momentum in China.The practice of new urbanization can release new demand,promote the coordinated development of industries and towns,creating new supply structure.Started in Zhejiang Province,the Characteristic Small Town construction work is an important measure to implement the new urbanization path.The core connotation of the Characteristic Small Town lies in its particularly strong industry,various fusion function,small beautiful environment.At the same time,in the process of the town creating,the government’s work reflects the novelty and flexibility of the mechanism.The success of Zhejiang Characteristic Small Town has aroused the attention of the whole country.With the promotion of the national department,the construction of Characteristic Small Town,the town set off a new upsurge,the country set off a new upsurge of the town creation.As the country’s new urbanization pilot cities,Guangzhou has already carried out the work of urban and rural co-ordination.In order to solve the problem of the development of the eight villages in the north part,Guangzhou will combine the Characteristic Small Town with the task of precise poverty alleviation,and plan to create a number of small towns in these areas.The construction of the Characteristic Small Town ushered in the opportunity for the development of Conghua,whose region is located in the northern part of the range.For the construction of characteristic towns in the surrounding areas of the city,Conghua Characteristic Small Towns have a certain representation.However,due to the short development time,the existing construction experience is not widely applicable.At the same time,due to the lack of theoretical research,Conghua district has encountered a series of problems in the process of creative works,which need to be solved.First of all,this paper makes a study on the basic situation of the small town,and discusses the existing problems and bottlenecks.Secondly,this paper carries on the related research and the ponder to the Conghua Characteristic Small Town,and finally proposes the corresponding development strategy.This paper can be divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,the paper defines the macro background,the purpose and significance of the research,the research object and the research methods and framework.In the second chapter,the paper studies the theory of the development of the Characteristic Small Town,and expounds the concept,function and principle of the theory.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the background of the small town,combs the current situation of the construction,and defines the core connotation and construction value of the characteristic town.Then in the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the current situation,factors and dynamic factors of the development of Characteristic Small Towns in Conghua district,and summarize the current situation of the construction and put forward the bottleneck problem of the future development.In the fifth chapter,aiming at the problems,the paper analyzes t the choice of location,mechanism,industry development,construction and operation in four directions,combined with the existing local construction case,which summed up the development strategy of Conghua town’s characteristics.The sixth chapter is the main conclusions,innovations and shortcomings of this study and research prospects.
