Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism Development In Baosheng Village,Luodai Town,Longquanyi District Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Since 19 th the national congress of the communist party of China,put forward the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.It’s a major decisions and arrangements made by The Party,and conducive to realizing the Chinese dream and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and it’s also the historical tasks of the construction of modern socialist country.The development of rural tourism is conducive to agricultural diversification,ecological beauty and prosperity,as well as the increase of farmers’ income and production.Therefore,the rural tourism is an important platform and starting point for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy in the new era.As a result,this article embarks from the strategic background of rural revitalization,select "Four good village","Top village","Chengdu municipal learning community","Three beautiful countryside","Sichuan characteristic villages",the only village combination of hakka culture and farming culture of Sicuan.I will take it as an example,which is named Baosheng village of Longquanyi,analyse the present situation of its rural tourism development.This paper mainly studies the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of developing rural tourism in Baosheng village and based on the problems and insufficiency that restrict the development of rural tourism in Baosheng village,explore the development of rural tourism suggestions and countermeasures to provide reference for the development of rural tourism Baosheng village.This article based on study the country revitalization strategy deeply and the theory basis for the development of rural tourism,use the survey results of the rural tourism development on the basis of the data and the questionnaire of Baosheng village.Then analysis the current situation of the development of social and economic income,the rural tourism development and current situation of the development of cultural activities on theanalysis,and SWOT analysis method is summed up the development of rural tourism strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,the advantage of Baosheng village development of rural tourism: The natural ecological environment is good,the transportation area condition is better,the profound hakka culture resources,the rich tourist resources and so on;Disadvantages include insufficient cultural connotation mining,single tourism form,lack of innovation,insufficient marketing marketization degree,and low professional degree of practitioners.Opportunities include the guarantee of policy system,the foundation of rural tourism development,huge market potential and the promotion of homesickness culture.Threats include mature development of similar rural tourism projects,large seasonal impact and late development.Based on the survey data and analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for Baosheng village to develop rural tourism: strengthen the top-level design and make development planning;We will strengthen policy support and explore new systems and mechanisms.Strengthening infrastructure construction and improving the development environment;Strengthen market orientation and develop characteristic products;Strengthen the investment mechanism,break the bottleneck of capital;Strengthen the optimization of resources to create high-quality tourism products;Strengthen the target market,innovation marketing model and other measures.It is hoped to provide reference for baosheng village to formulate policies to promote the development of rural tourism and other similar regions...
