Study On The Striving Spirit Of The New Farmers

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the rural revitalization strategy for the first time,and the 20 th National Congress again emphasized the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization and accelerating the building of an agricultural powerful country.Promoting rural revitalization needs talents,and talent revitalization is the foundation of rural revitalization.With the acceleration of industrialization and new urbanization,the large-scale transference of labor force and the acceleration of the loss of rural talent resources,there is an obvious gap between the overall level of rural talent development and the goal of rural revitalization.At the new historical intersection of development,to realize rural revitalization,it is in urgent need of a group of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" working talents who understand agriculture,love rural areas and love farmers.The new farmers come in time and ride the wave.They reflect on the increasingly realistic problems such as environmental pollution,food safety,ecological crisis and rural decline,devote themselves to rural development with advanced science and technology,professional knowledge and skills,and excellent ideas,consciously integrate their personal ideals into the great strategy of rural revitalization,and integrate the realization of their personal values into the national development goals.New farmers have great potential.They take farming as their business,take farming as their pleasure and make a living from farming.They are the trendsetter and pathfinder of modern agriculture and can catalyze and promote the awakening and participation of the government,large agricultural enterprises and ordinary farmers in modern agriculture.New farmers have root in the rural areas,embrace responsibility with passion,forge ahead,thrive on difficulties of the spirit of striving.It is a powerful interpretation of "young people should steadfastly follow the Party and its guidance,aim high but stay grounded and dare to think big and take action but make sure you can deliver,should strive to new era’s great young generation,a generation with ideals,a sense of responsibility,grit,and dedication." Therefore,it is of great value and significance to study the striving spirit of new farmers.The paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly describes the research background and significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,as well as the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second chapter is the the relevant theories including the connotation of new farmers,the theoretical basis of the paper.The third chapter tries to analyze the rich connotation and times value of the new farmers’ striving spirit by field investigation and interview.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the logic of the generation of the new farmers’ striving spirit.The fifth chapter puts forward the path of carrying forward the spirit of striving of the new farmers from the perspectives of the country,the society and the individual of the new farmers.Chapter six is the conclusion.
