With the continuous development of economy,the consumption level of Chinese people has gradually improved.Enterprises regard improving the satisfaction rate of customers’ demand as the competitive goal of value-added services.At present,some traditional enterprises in China have many problems in warehousing management,which affect the warehousing efficiency to a great extent,making enterprises gradually lose their logistics competitiveness and stop their development.Therefore,warehouse management optimization is a process that every logistics warehouse has to go through at present.An excellent warehouse management scheme can effectively improve the operation efficiency of the warehouse logistics system and reduce the logistics cost.If the enterprise can manage the storage scientifically and effectively in the internal management,it will play an important role in the future development of the enterprise.Among them,whether the storage location allocation is reasonable has also become a special concern.This article takes the R enterprise warehouse as the research object,this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of warehouse management in R enterprise through field investigation and questionnaire survey of internal staff.This paper focuses on the problems existing in the warehouse management of the enterprise.The unscientific selection of the warehouse storage strategy and the unreasonable location allocation lead to the confusion of goods placement and the difficulty of goods inventory.A lot of time is wasted in the process of goods picking and delivery,and the delivery efficiency is also very low.According to these problems,the optimization system of warehouse management is designed.Firstly,the storage strategy is optimized.The outbound volume and times of the studied goods are analyzed and summarized by EIQ analysis method.The goods with large outbound volume and high outbound times are placed close to the exit,and the rest products are placed similarly.The classified positioning storage strategy is adopted.Then,the specific location allocation of the warehouse is optimized according to the classification and positioning storage strategy.The multiobjective programming model is established by taking the goods in and out of the warehouse efficiency,clustering and nearby storage of similar goods,goods quality and shelf stability as the influencing factors of location allocation,which is solved by genetic algorithm,and the location allocation results are obtained with the help of MATLAB.Finally,the simulation model of location allocation is established by using the simulation software Flexsim,and the data before and after optimization are compared to verify that the location allocation of classification and positioning storage strategy can effectively improve the delivery efficiency of goods,achieve the purpose of improving the delivery efficiency of goods and reducing the cost of warehousing operations.Therefore,the research on storage location optimization of enterprises has important practical value,which can be used for reference for the storage management of relevant enterprises.
